Managing Orchestration Process Exceptions

Step Action
1. Begin by navigating to the Order Orchestration work area.

Click the Navigator menu.

2. Click the Order Orchestration link.

3. Use the Order Orchestration work area to view and monitor orders and to take action
on them.
4. Click the Fulfillment lines list.

5. Click the Orchestration processes list item.

6. Click in the Orchestration Order field.

7. Enter the desired information into the Orchestration Order field. Enter a valid value
e.g. "804059".
8. Click the Search button.

9. Use the Manage Orchestration Processes page to view orchestration processes that you
search for.
10. Determine the reason that this fulfillment line is in jeopardy.

Click the 300100057369583 link.

11. Use the Orchestration Plan tab to view the status of tasks of the orchestration process.
12. Note that the Schedule task was completed.
13. Note that a delay occurred in the process.
14. Note that the jeopardy reason is in the header.
15. Click the Fulfillment Lines tab.

16. Use the Fulfillment Lines tab to take action on one or more fulfillment lines.
17. Click the Actions menu.

18. Click the Reserve list item.

19. Use the Fulfillment Lines window to review the status of the requested action. You can
proceed with other tasks while the requested action is being processed.
20. Click the OK button.

21. You have successfully resolved an orchestration process exception.
