Business Plan/Proposal Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

Warmest greetings from the CBA Council!

We, the CBA Council, all the Societies, and Organization humbly propose a fund-raising plan to
support our CBA players in competing in the school intramural 2022–2023.

Title: CBA SHOPS

Objective: To support our CBA athletes in raising money because they needed a jersey and
other stuff like meal and energy drink to compete.
Details: We came up with the concept of setting up a booth or what we termed "CBA shops"
where various societies and organization could sell snacks and beverages during intramurals
celebration.
Opportunity: Since there are many students in school, thus it is more convenient for them to
purchase from our store than from a store outside of the school. So, it's a win-win situation for
the students and for us to make profit
Plan: We plan to use our CBA shop's profits to meet the requirements of our players, with the
extra going to the organization's fund for Council, societies, and next events and programs.
This proposal letter will serve as your approval for us to proceed with our plans.
We are humbly asking your kind consideration and permission
