1.1 Scope
This referral policy applies to all permanent Indonesia employees in LDC and it covers vacancies
of permanent roles announced and determined by the HR in Indonesia.
1.2 Description
HR will announce through any available media, including in‐office announcement board, any
applicable position(s) to the employees with the brief job description and requirements from
time to time. The employees can recommend external candidate(s) for advertised positions to
HR by submitting candidate(s)’ resume via email to INDO-Recruitment@ldc.com and to specify
the role that the candidate is applying for. The company and HR shall have full discretion to
determine whether to consider the candidate for the proposed job and what roles it would like
to consider the candidate for, and shall not have the obligation to inform the employee or the
candidate of the status of the referral. If the referred candidate is hired by the company and
successfully completes the employee’s probation period, (which shall be determined by the
company), the referring employee shall be entitled to a Referral Bonus.
For each successful referral meeting the above‐mentioned requirements, a referral bonus will
be awarded as follows:
The company and HR reserve the right to change the Referral Bonus upon notice to employees.
• Referral Bonus will be arranged in payroll and subject to Individual Income Tax
according to the income tax law applicable to the referrer.
• Referral Bonus will be processed only after the referred candidate successfully
completes the probation period.
• The referred candidate and the referring employee must still be employed with LDC at
the time of referral bonus payout.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee may make, or to the referral bonuses
they may earn in a given period of time.
