defend or to be able to defend themselves against their situational attacker and they will
be able to learn enough to feel reasonably confident depending on their fighting level.
The important purpose of learning karate will help a person to develop physical strength
and keep their body fit and flexible. Karate isn’t just for learning self-defense, it’s also
great for the overall health and well-being of one’s person.

In law enforcement, as my future profession, self-defense is important for us to

simply walk away from a conflict in front of him because it is a law officer’s job to
