I am writing this in reference to the platforms that I want to pursue to improve as well as to lessen the
housing problem in our country. First, in order to improve Filipino’s access to financing we should access
such as housing loans for those who need it. Second, improve production capacity through technological
innovation, in this case, only the difference for this was the systems, we will be able to reduce
construction time as well as cost. Last but not the least, is rethink of a new strategy for shelters. By the
help of the people of the government also, we people can expand and revise the definition of socialized
housing to do developments.
