SUBJECT: Request for Release of 20- 2100MHz Huawei 120W RRU, 40- Din-4.3 Jumper, 40- 6G SFP
Modules, and 20- DBS Kits in order to improve swap Old RRU to New High Power RRU on the
high TCP Utilized Cells (40 Cells) causing low Throughput and poor User experience in FCT.

Dear Sirs and Mas, we have 40 Cells carefully identified in highbrow areas and some densely populated areas in FCT
with poor User experience (Low throughput) due to high TCP Utilization. Abuja being as it were, with our drive to
remain ahead of Competition in terms of Data experience, we need to replace some of the old generation RRU we
currently have in most places in FCT with high power RRU that can give the desired data experience to our customers
and invariably grow our revenue. The retrieved RRUs will be back hauled to the Warehouse and be re-deployed to other
states. This exercise will take care of 40 cells and the breakdown of the exercise is as shown in Annex I.

In a bid to offer excellent data services and improve customers experience in the locations of the sites/cells captured
in this project, we require 20- 2100MHz Huawei 120W RRU, 40- Din-4.3 Jumper, 40- 6G SFP Modules, and 20- DBS
Kits to achieve the task. Details of material requirement are shown in Annex II.

We humbly seek your kind approval for the release of the required spares from the stock available at the Oregun
warehouse for implementation at the respective sites.

Project Control:
The materials will be dispatched from Lagos warehouse to Abuja regional warehouse for further dispatching to the
sites for installation.
* The RQH- Enyinnayah Emmanuel (4371) will be responsible for installation of the equipment in Abuja Region, which
will be carried out by hiring external riggers for the RRU installations.
* The RTH- Benjamin Anaguoye (1119) will be responsible for the overall end-to-end co-ordination of the exercise.
* The project will be completed within 5 days of materials delivery at the sites.
