1. Present Simple
The present simple is one of the verb tenses in English. Its correct use is very important
because it is used for multiple situations, which you can find a little further down. In
addition, in this article you will learn about its main uses, how it is formed (structure), its
conjugation and, finally, some exceptions or unique cases.
Example:
 Guadalajara is the capital of Jalisco.
 Every four years is a leap year. 
 First, smash the potatoes and then pour some milk.
2. Past tense & Dates
The simple past is one of the most important verb tenses in the English language and,
unlike Spanish, where verbs in the past tense have very different conjugations, in
English there are verbs that keep their form both in the present and in the past, and the
most irregular have only up to three forms.
Example:
 A year ago, I ate in that restaurant.
 In 1970, The Beatles split up.
 When you were a child you liked apples.

3. Technical Vocabulary
I need a vocabulary of words that are not inherent to certain disciplines, trades or areas
of knowledge, which are only known or usual among experts in each specific field.
Vocabularies such as science or law are an example of this class of specialized
lexicons.
4. Connectors
