1 OBJECTIVE OF DOCUMENT

1.1 Overview
One of the scenarios that are in the scope of the project is the creation of centers and warehouses as well
as the modification of existing centers in their description and physical addresses.

This in order to be able to carry out transfers between inventory centers and warehouses.

1.2 Impact Modules

The module that will be touched in the configuration is the material
management in the organizational structures part

 warehouses

2 DETAILED CONFIGURATION

2.1 Document Type Configuration

The configuration is divided into two stages, the first is to define the centers
with their descriptions, the second is to define the address of each of them.

The following configuration is done to define the warehouses in each of the

logistics centers created.

2.2 Logistics centers

Enter the SPRO transaction and follow the next path and select the option that is marked on the screen
Select the option define center
To find the center to modify, click on the position button

Enter the center that needs to be modified

Creation of centers

The creation of logistics centers is carried out with the BNXX nomenclature for the management of
transfers and intercompany sales, from BN01 to BN16.
2.3 Warehouses

Enter the SPRO transaction and follow the next path and select the option that is marked on the screen

Select the center to which the warehouses will be created

This screen shows the warehouses that the logistics center has

to add new ones you must click on the new entries button
On this screen, the new warehouses for the selected center should be configured.

Once the warehouses are added, we proceed to save the changes

The transport order where the changes will be recorded is selected
