A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP

10,00.00) FROM THE BARANGAY MOOE AND RECOGNIZING THE OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE GROUP/ASSOCAITION FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF THE KALAHI CIDSS: NCDDP AF PHASE 1 SUB-PROJECT ENTITLED COVID-19
RECOVERY THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING HEALTH CENTER IN
RESPONSE TO COVID 19 CRISIS

WHEREAS, Barangay Talayong is one of the prioritized barangays of KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP

AF phase 1;

WHEREAS, the Sub-Project funded by KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP AF is COVID-19 RECOVERY

THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING HEALTH CENTER in Response to COVID 19
Crisis;

WHEREAS, the expected COVID-19 RECOVERY THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF

EXISTING HEALTH CENTER in Response to COVID 19 Crisis needs proper maintenance in
order to sustain the benefits that it may serve to the community;

WHEREAS, in order to properly maintain the completed Sub-Project, the barangay should
appropriate an amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 10,00.00) for the operation and
maintenance of the Sub-project from its MOOE for year 2022;

WHEREAS, Barangay Development Council recognized Talayong Women’s Associationas the

Operation and Maintenance group for the COVID-19 RECOVERY THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF
EXISTING HEALTH CENTER to ensure the sustainability;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Floretiz Y. Bustamante, Sangguniang Barangay Member duly

seconded by Hon. Victorino E. Aplicador, Sangguniang Barangay Member;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay of Talayong, La Libertad, Negros

Oriental in session duly assembled;

TO APPROPRIATE THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 10,00.00) from the
Barangay of Talayong MOOE for year 2022 for the Operation and Maintenance of the Sub-Project;
 RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies hereof to all concerned for their information and
appropriate action;
