Referral Setup for New Company
1. The company creation process
1 Go to T24 classics and type COMPANY.CREATE to input necessary company record
 COMPANY NAME……………………..Legetafo
 NAME ADDRESS……………………….Addis Ababa
 MNEMONIC………………………………LEG
 FINANCIAL.MNE………………………..BNK
 SUB.DIVISION…………………………….0118
 DEFAULT.COMPANY………………….BNK

After inputting validate the record COMPANY.CREATE

As shown below in the images.
2 Login with another user and authorize the COMPANY.CREATE

“Note You Can List Unauth List Using E Function and Authorize the whole Unauth using A Function
this Step Create the Company Record on COMPANY Table on IHLD Status”

3 Go to T24 classics and type COMPANY and list Unauth file Using E Function and Change the
Status IHLD to INAU using I Function
As shown below in the images.

 Go to T24 classics and type COMPANY and list Unauth file Using E Function and Confirm the
Record is on INAU Status
4 After You Check and Confirm the Record on Company Table on Status INAU, start The Service
TSM and BNK/COMPANY.CREATION.SERVICE on START Mode.

5 Finally you can monitor the Company Creation with como file.
2. Internal Account Creation Process
1. Go to T24 Classic and Run the Routine ACCOUNT.UPLOAD.CSV from Select Selection as the
below Screenshot

2. Go to T24 with the Browser select one of the Company you have created and check with some
of internal Account like ETB1001199990118, ETB1000200010122…….
3. After You Check the Sample Internal Account for Newly Opened Branch You Should Set Stock
Control Type Denom for the Vault Account With Different Currency, For Example for ETB
3. Referral Setup Creation
 Go T24 with the Browser and Write CBE.TXN.OVE.PARAM You can Copy one of Record and
Paste to Create.
 ID for this Table is the Company Code You Have Already Created.
