This image is the sculpture group named assembly of sea forms by Barbara Hepworth, which

represents underwater rocks and other sea-sculpted forms. When this is exhibited, this can be
rearranged from time to time just like when nature rearranges rocks on a beach.

When we talk about configuration, it pertains to the arrangement of elements in a particular form,
figure, and combination.

Space can be felt in a sculpture group because of the clustering and overlapping of forms. This helps us
recognize and identify three-dimensional forms. As we look at the arrows, Space is a strong element in
establishing a sense of form.

Unlike here sa 3D, we can see that that the 2-dimensional forms are flat.

Architectural forms usually contain enclosed spaces for various activities. Dito natin makikita yung mga
buildings such as this classroom. Yung Hospital, Sm, gymnasium, at iba pa.

In nature, forms are easily seen because we are surrounded by them. Mountain, trees, animal, rocks,
and people are example of natural forms

Sculpted geometric forms are straight-edged while sculpted organic forms are rounded and flowing. This
can be seen in David Smith and Barbara Hepworth’s work. In addition, when we are viewing sculptures,
its appearance changes as we walk around it. This is because sculptures are three dimensional forms.

Realistic forms depict people, animals, and plants as they might actually appear. As from the word
realistic, it should present real life identical copy of a living being. As we can see in the screen, this is a
realistic sculpture of a great white shark. We can say that it is realistic because it copies the real-life
image of the subject.

For the organic form, you can draw an animal on a piece of paper to make a two-dimensional drawing of
an organic shape. With a piece of clay, model the same animal into a three-dimensional form. This is an
organic form.  Organic forms look natural. They are irregular and may seem flowing and
unpredictable. The most obvious example of organic forms are realistic representations of the
natural world or living things.

Make a three-dimensional wire sculpture of an animal as an example of organic form created

with a different medium.
In nature, there are many natural forms. This includes everything from rocks, flowers, trees,
shells, animals, and vegetables. Collect some natural forms and make a still-life drawing using
them as a subject.
Using pieces of wood, carboard, or foam core, construct a sculpture using geometric forms
which are angular or squarish, and have straight edges.
Make a two-dimensional drawing of a sphere, cylinder, and rectangular box. Choose a light
source and add shading to the drawing to create a three-dimensional form.
