in retail outlet.
2. observe the implementation of above mentioned KPIs, gather information from
available staff and record it somewhere on paper /audio/video
3. Evaluate the performance based on collected information and identify gaps.
4. prepare your recommendations based on identified GAPS
5. Prepare detailed Word Document of this project, prepare presentation based on
important points/ Learning out comes
6. Group attendance is Mandatory on presentation DAY with professional attire.
