Mock Interview Session: for 18 December 2020

We have 5 studios for this session and Interviews are through Zoom.

▪ TAs will host the meetings.

1. Begin/host the meeting 15 minutes before the interview.
2. Rename the common room as: Studio Code-Studio Room-TA Name
3. Create the breakout room and assign the tutor.
4. Rename the Breakout room as Studio Code-Interview room
▪ Volunteers will assist the TA.
1. Join the meeting 10 minutes before the interview.
2. Remain in the studio room from beginning to end of the meeting.
3. Keep a track on attendees and update students on sequence of
interviews.
4. Contact support team if required.
▪ Tutor/s will be in the Interview breakout room.
1. Join 10 minutes before the interview begins.
2. Join and remain in the breakout room.
3. Use Chat option in zoom to communicate with TA (to send the
next student for the interview).
▪ Students are attendees.
1. Join the zoom links in time and remain in the studio room.
2. Ask TA/ volunteer to know your sequence.
3. Remain available for interview.
4. Share screen to show your portfolio.
