The diagram below shows the production of olive oil.

The given diagram illustrates the process of how olive oil is produced. In general, this process is
divided into two main stages: from harvest to packaging and from pressing to sale.
The production process of olive oil begins with picking the olives from trees by farmers and then
taken to the factory to be rinsed in cold water. After that, the olives are put on the belt to move to
the next stage of smashing, where olives are pressed to extract the oil into olive paste and olive
stones. During this period, the olive pasted to kept to be transferred to the packaging stage, while
the olive stones are removed.
At the first step of the second main stage, the perforated bags containing the olive paste are
passed through the press, followed by the other step where water is separated from the oil. In the
end, the olive oil is packaged and delivered to the storage and stores to be sold to the consumers.
