The Boy Scouts of the Philippines PASAY CITY COUNCIL, ever true to its commitment of carrying out its Duty to Country, has been actively participating in the Annual Celebration of the Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence. 2. This year, in commemoration of the 120" Anniversary, the Mall of Asia Management invited us to conduct the Parade of Color and Flags raising ceremony with our selected Senior Scouts and ‘Scout Leaders on June 12, 2018, 7:00 A.M at the Mall of Asia Main Entrance, Pasay City. 3. All Scouts must have parents permit and accompanied by their Scout Leaders or Parents in order to ensure their safety and security during the event.
