Q1. Explain the doctrine of separation of powers. Discuss the rationale of this doctrine in theory
and practice in India and the USA.

Q2.What is the object of the Right to Information Act, 2005? Discuss the right to information under
the Constitution of India and the judicial approach towards the right to know.

Q3. Discuss the constitutionality of delegation of law-making power by the legislature to


subordinate authority referring to judicial decisions.

Q4. Discuss the object and Scope of the Commission of Enquiry under the Commission of Enquiry
Act, 1952. Is it mandatory to follow principles of natural justice while exercising the powers?

Q5. Discuss the concept of Dicey’s Rule of law. How far this concept is relevant to administrative
Functions of India and the UK?

Q6. ‘Administrative law is the most outstanding development of the 21st century in India’.
Critically analyse the above statement with definition, meaning and growth of administrative
law in comparison with ‘Droit Administratif’ in France.
