BANKRUPTCY
As a resident of Platte City, Missouri, Harry Schwarz filed for Chapter 7
Bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy court of the Western District
Missouri on May 6, 2014. He checked the box that he had liabilities from
$50,001 to $100,000.
Harry and Jennifer Schwarz were jointly listed as owing $12,375.45 in past due
child support.

Schwarz claimed that his $200 golf clubs was property that was exempt.
Harry Schwarz was listed a debtor to a Robin Eldridge in Leavenworth for Child
Support.
$500 in credit for overdraft fees and a total of $9,000 for repossession
deficiency.
Debtor Education and Counseling Certificate.
The Trustee of the Bankruptcy even filed a motion to dismiss because Schwarz
failed to properly list expenses.

Harry Schwarz was discharged from the bankruptcy on September 2, 2014.

Delinquent Rent and Bad Check – Court Case


On December 30, 2016, Landlord Reed Kline filed a petition against Harry and Jennifer Schwarz in
Platte County, Missouri Circuit Court. The petition states that Schwarz owed Kline $5,800 in overdue
rent, $3,890 in late fees and $10.50 for writing a bad check.

The case was dismissed by Kline on May 8, 2017

Missouri Tax Lien


On December 7, 2012, the State of Missouri filed a $1,426.42 tax lien on Harry Schwarz for unpaid
taxes in the year 2010.

Failed to pay over $11K in Legal Bills


On February 6, 2014, Lyle Odo listed Harry Schwarz as a co-defendant in a lawsuit in Platte
County Circuit Court that alleged the defendants failed to pay $11,442.16 in legal bills. Harry
Schwarz, Jennifer Schwarz (his wife at the time) and a Donald Williams hired Odo to help
Jennifer Schwarz in a legal case involving child support.
On July 28, 2014. Lyle Odo filed a motion to dismiss the case without prejudice against the
Schwarz based on the Schwarz’s bankruptcy filing.

Failure to pay a loan


On October 5, 2018, First Book Investments LLC sued Harry Schwarz in Platte County Circuit Court for
refusing to pay a promissory note. The balance owed by Schwarz was $3,738.97 plus court/attorney
fees.

On December 20, 2018, a judgement was entered against Schwarz for a total of $5,036.99.

-Schwarz’s paycheck with the US Postal Office was garnished on 07/01/2020.

Divorce File
On May 31, 2018, Harry Schwarz and Jennifer Schwarz filed for divorce in Platte County Missouri.

-There was no allegations of misconduct or issues with children

-The file did show that Schwarz owned a $15,600 Harley Road King Motorcycle that he owed $14,562.18
in debt for.
