Petition filed under section 5 of the limitation act 1963.
The humble petition is being filed on behalf of petitioner above named .
1. That the petitioner filed this instatt appeal against the order passed by the
Learned Circle officer , Sahar Anchal Ranchi .
2. That for filling of this present appeal there is few day of delay.
3. That after obtaining of the certified copy of the order passed by the by the
learned circle officer Sahar Anchal Ranchi the petitioner got shocked.
4. That thereafter the petitioner personally meet with the several concerning
authority for grant her application but no one forward to help her .
5. That thereafter the petitioner the meets his lawyer then only the learned
council suggested her to move before the superior court .
6. That then only the petitioner has filed this present appeal before your honur
court .
7. That the petitioner admit that the there was few days delay for filling this
appeal .
8. That this delay made by the petitioner not intentionally but only to due to
ingnorance of the law. That the petitioner is illiterate village people as such
he failed to filed this appeal on time.
9. That this delay may be condoling.
10. That if this delay is not to condoling then the petitioner will suffer
irreparable loss and injury which cannot be compensated by any means.
11. That for the ends of natural justice this delay may be condole.
12. That the other and further ground shall be urged at the time of hearing .
It is therefore prayed that your honur may graciously be pleased to condole
this delay .
