balances, how with 2/3 vote, declare war, senate approves treaties and one branch limits judges power of another
C&B continue Executive Branch: president appoints judges to
supreme court, president can veto bill passes by congress, president can enforce court orders,
C&B Continue Judicial branch: can declare laws unconstitutional, can
declare acts of the congress/president unconstitutional
