A system of rules governs all societies across the globe, and these rules are determined by

the society as a whole, its chosen representatives, or the rulers of that community. These

regulations, which are referred to as the laws of the country, are required to prevent anarchy from

taking root. Sport is frequently used as a microcosm of society in a variety of contexts. It is

important to have guidelines, rules, or regulations governing the manner in which a sport should

be conducted. As sport progresses from the realm of leisure physical activity to the realm of

formal organizations, such as sports leagues, these rules become less adaptable and more rigid. It

is critical that all teams participating at similar levels adhere to the same set of rules and

regulations. Even at the top or professional level, however, chances to modify the rules of sport

must be accessible, whether due to public demand, safety concerns, or the attractiveness to

spectators and participants(Wessels & Joseph, 2013).
