professional qualifications of the Saxon professional qualification
determination Act (SächsBQFG)

To fully completed and personally signed application form following documents

In order to fulfill the signature requirement even with electronic application,
a qualified electronic signature under German law is necessary. Your
application form and the necessary explanations must be provided with a
qualified electronic signature in order to be considered signed. Electronic

card, including the online ID function or electronic residence permit)

always required.

III. Purpose of the collection and storage of your personal information is your application for
assessment of educational certificates submitted by you.

IV. Legal basis for data processing are:

Without this information, the certification authority is not to process your application
capable. The coveted recognition of the educational detection is not possible. Also a
certain consulting services can take place only if the necessary data.
