B. History of the Present Illness
- Patient presented at Emergency room with the complaint of severe abdominal pain at
right lower quadrant area. The abdominal pain was a dull ache which propagated to
the back. The patient also reported that she is vomiting since the day before she went
for consultation. Upon palpation, right lower quadrant tenderness was noted.

C. Past Medical History

- The patient was admitted once due to urinary tract infection. She has no known drug
or food allergies.

D. Family History of Illness

- There is no significant personal or family history of ilnesses.
