Here I take the example of the wrong communication text in Indonesia via Whatsapp chat.
Where there is a miscommunication there, the lecturer assumes that the student ordered it on
purpose. But in my opinion, there are no significant errors. Perhaps this problem arises from
the lecturer reading the message in a tone that was actually intended by the sender to offend
the reader.

Here I also take an example of communication text via Whatsapp chat but in English. There
you can see a typo in the writing of the chat. Which should be "Are you male or female?"
