Part 1 Directions:

o Step outside and observe your surroundings. Look for a plant that would serve as your
model for this activity.
o Identify and label each part of the plant that you choose including the parts of stem,
leaves and the type of root. Also, please include the function of each part.
o It’s your choice whether to take a picture or draw the plant of your choice.
o Do not go too far! Remember stay safe!
