Transformational Management Style

Innovative managers are those who transform organizations. They often think that change and progress are the
only ways to keep abreast of the times, therefore they push their staff members beyond their comfort zones,
causing them to discover they have more potential than they first imagined. Employees are encouraged to
continuously setting higher standards, which enhances team performance.

Since their bosses consistently push them and inspire them with the belief that they can achieve their potential if
they simply keep pushing themselves, employees led by transformational managers are often more devoted and
content. Additionally, these managers stand by their staff members, doing all in their power to support their
development and success.

These teams are creative, so they can adjust to significant industry changes. They run the danger of spreading
themselves too thin if they move too quickly, however. As a manager of people, it's critical to understand how
far you can push each of your staff before they start burning out. Constantly pushing the status quo is crucial for
innovation and keeping ahead of the curve.

Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah are two examples of transformational leaders in action.
