Outline Disney Analysis

 Part 1 – Business model description

o Introduction of the company and providing a brief previous history.

o Describing the business model employed by Walt Disney and indicating how it

has adapted due to the rise of the streaming services in the last years

o Providing a conclusion of the major findings in the case study analysis.

 Part 2 – Subscription persona

o Constructing and describing the persona of a typical user for Disney’s streaming

services.

Project background

 A project background describes the status quo you want to change, your project, and the

idea of how the project was developed.

Project options.

 The project option is an area in a project which can selectively switch on and off.

Smart Objectives.

 Unifying and developing clarity for the organizational objectives would be one of the

smart goals in this proposition for a merger and acquisition.


 The second smart objective in the project that I propose would be identifying the culture

combinations that will maximize the results.

Agile method and setting up an agile team.

 Agile project management focuses on breaking down larger projects into manageable

tasks that are actualized in short periods during the life-time projects life-time.

Aims breakdown and the aims to deliver in my project

 Aims are broken down into three major categories that answer why the project is

required, what is the project about and how the project is going to do (Oduro et al.,2017).

A work breakdown structure

 The work breakdown structure refer to the decomposition of the deliverab;e-oriented

hierarchy of work to be executed by the teams project to accomplish the objectives of the

project and get to create the deliverables required.

The project charter

 The project charter is a typically, formal short document that describes the whole project

in its entirety, it includes how the project will be carried out, the objectives of the project.

The project activity network

 The activity on node diagram is used to provide a representation of the entire project

schedule visually.

Establishing of a Gantt chart


 The Gantt charts are useful for the scheduling and planning of projects. The Gantt chart

helps in determining resources needed and assessing the period the project will take

(Mišanková et al., 2017).

Project organization

 In a project organization the structure of the project is created as a separate division. The

project organization facilitates in the implementation and coordination of the project

activity.

Identification of the potential stakeholders

 The primary stakeholders are the beneficiaries who stand gaining something such as

goods, skills and social connections.

 The targets are usually those who may not stand or stand with the aim of gaining

personally as such helping in the identification of the potential stakeholders.

 Another way to identify the potential stakeholders would be through assessing on the

secondary stakeholders that are responsible for the targets or the beneficiaries who might

include organizations and individuals that care or live with the people in question.
