What is physical
health?
• Physical health - it is a state of complete
physical, mental and social well-being. In
recent years, this definition has been
supplemented with the ability to lead a
productive social and economic life, as well
as a spiritual dimension. Health is a very
extensive issue.

Why is sport
important?
• Sport not only improves our health
and condition, but also has a
positive effect on our mood. People
who move a little bit have more
energy, better mood, well-being
and self-esteem.
What gives us
sport?
• it increases muscle endurance, lowers
the level of bad cholesterol and
increases the level of good cholesterol,
increases lung capacity, makes the
blood richer in oxygen, and the heart
works much better, improves well-
being, reduces tension and long-term
stress.
