On January 24 – 28, the school hosted students and teachers from partner schools from
Romania, Spain and Italy. Partners from schools in Turkey and Greece were not able to attend
the meeting live but connected with us online. During the visit to Skołyszyn, young people
from Romania and Spain stayed with the students' families, while due to the pandemic, the
remaining students were accommodated in the hotel. All participants, including students from
Skołyszyn, took part in organized activities and trips, the purpose of which was to explore the
secrets of a healthy lifestyle and its impact on well-being.
Our guests were welcomed in a traditional way – home-made bread and salt, and also took part
in the solemn welcome ceremony, which was maintained in the atmosphere of Polish folk
music. It provided our guests with many positive emotions and impressions. We would like to
thank the commune administrator Bogusław Kręcisz for making this ceremony more graceful
with his presence and for welcoming our guests to our village.

4
Each delegation also had the opportunity to teach the other participants to integration dances,
popular in their own countries, which certainly helped everyone break the ice.
The dance workshops with Mr. Adam Berkowicz, the dance leader, also provided a lot of
positive impressions.

5
Winter aura, slightly frosty air, wonderfully snow-covered places made our guests' stay in
Poland more attractive. We were able to take our friends to the ice rink in Dębica, which for
some of them was a completely new and interesting experience.
Our guests could also take a walk around beautiful Krakow, admiring its wonderful
monuments, learning about its rich history.
Sports competition for the Cup of the Head of the Skołyszyn Commune became an extremely
exciting event for all participants. These were competitions of four international teams in
several competitions: obstacle course, mini basketball, tug of war. After the competition was
resolved, the commune administrator handed out medals, cups and commemorative T-shirts to
the participants.
The end of the exhausting day was a sleigh ride in Regietów, tasty regional dishes, dancing and
having fun together in a highlander inn.
Unfortunately, all that is good ends quickly ..... A farewell ceremony arrived, during which the
project coordinator Artur Gruszka and the vice-headmaster of the school handed out certificates
and gifts funded by the Commune Mayor.

6
The visit of our European partners was a very important event for the entire community of our
school, a unique adventure and an opportunity to make new international friendships.

Impressions on Poland mobility

4th mobility Poland so we couldn’t meet ,sadly, there was a problem about our going abroad.
We joined online to the mobility it went so succesfull we even learned the dances syncronized
like no delay and stuff Polish Dances were so affective for me.That was the most I liked. It
was an amazing way to keep our physical health okay. When I got back to home that day i
danced with my lil brother. It was so cheerfull.

Erkan Güneş

Teacher

We conducted studies on physical health in these activities that we carried out with distance
education. In the training we attended on the first day, local dance activities were held. We
discovered physical relaxation techniques by doing these dances at our school with our
students. I learned about many dances. Our project partners made the rehabilitation center visit.
I tried to get information by remote connection. I had the chance to watch the city of Krakow
virtually on video. I was amazed by its natural architecture. I wished I could be among them. I
always thought that project work should take place face to face and physically.
This training was done remotely. I followed local dances with interest. I felt the relaxing effect
of dance. We tried to practice these dances at school. Rehabilitation center was visited. It was
fun to learn new things even though it was difficult to follow with a remote connection. The
city of Krakow impressed me a lot with its history, albeit from afar. Even though we have
knowledge on many subjects, it is always more efficient to carry out the project work
physically.

First of all, I want to say that it was a cold but also warm staying. Cold because of the weather
but warm thanks to all the people that participated in the project. The welcome ceremony was
something else, I loved the way the girls from Poland made a performance with flags. I had a
really great time with everyone and even made a lot of friends from different countries.
The activities based on Physical Health were entertaining and the sport Olympics held took me
by surprise. I got the chance to complete and try my best and even if my team got the third
place, we really had fun. The Ice-Skating Rink was what I needed. I have been on skating shoes
since I was little and it was truly relaxing to go again, mostly because I didn't had time to go
as much for the last few years. The dance lesson was also something new and I'm glad that I
was able to participate in it. The horse slide was one of the best parts. It felt amazing to go
through the forest and down the hill at full speed.
The party that night was also great, all of us
dancing on different songs from different countries
but the end of the night got me yearning for that
moment even if I was there. Everybody gathered
and sang along to the last songs; we were trying our
best to convince the teacher to play another and
another song because we didn't want to leave just
yet but we all knew that at any given moment we
can go back to the bus.
Despite the disadvantages of not having enough
time to admire every little thing and the cold
weather, Krakow has really surprised me in many
ways. We visited Wawel castle and had a tour
through the royal chambers and after that we went
to the shopping square for a few hours and also had
the opportunity to visit my favourite Cafe, Hard
Rock Cafe. Pictures hardly do justice to this beauty of Krakow. It's a lovely country. If I
wouldn’t have come here, I guess I would have missed out on some of my great memories.

Asimionesei Alexandra, Romania

”Spiru Haret” National College of Computer Science Suceava took part in a mobility in Poland
beetwen 24th to 28th of January 2022. Students and teachers had a lot of indoor and outdoor
activities about mental and physical health. We have a lot of fun during the day when we went
skating. One day we visited The Rehabilitation Centre of Skolyszyn. We saw how people are
rehabilitated after accidents or different injuries. Another beautiful activity was outdoor when
everybody got a horse sleigh trip and students enjoyed very much until when the teachers
started a snow fight and everybody liked that very much. Beside the outdoor activities we had
some interesting workshops and debates. At the end of the week every participant got a

13
certificate and everybody cried because beautiful things don’t last too much but after this
mobility a lot of friendships were made and a lot of this things are still alive. We are all lucky
that we could go on this kind of Erasmus mobilities because we can learn new things about
different culture and we can meet new people.
My conclusion is that I love Erasmus projects and all the new things I am learning in this
mobilities. Erasmus is one of the most beautiful things that happened in my life!

Bejinariu Iulian Manuel, teacher, Romania

Firstly, I’d like to say that my experience during the Erasmus mobility in Poland was great. I
had lots of fun with my team, but also with the other teams. One of the things I cherish the
most when I think about this mobility is the concept of socializing. It proved to me that one
language can keep us together, without a doubt.
In addition, my host, Alexandra, was very sweet to me and my other housemate, Teodora. She
was a very kind woman to us and I loved chatting with her about numerous things, it was such
a fun activity to do after a long day of our daily
activities. I was so glad to see her again after three
months, and she’s still the same radiant woman I
met back then, in January 2022.
This was my first ever mobility. At first, I was a
bit terrified because I thought I might get left out
or just feel like a burden to my host and my
teammates as well. I’m so glad I was chosen to go
to Poland. If I were to type how grateful I am, I’d
be typing a book by now.
I got to see a whole new country and many
beautiful places. I saw Krakow, a gorgeous place
which I adored. To me, this experience gave me
the chance to overcome my fear of socializing and
I made lots of friends there and I managed to get
out of my shell. To this day, I still keep contact
with my host’s daughter, Antonina. I consider
myself lucky to know that I was chosen to go in
this mobility, when there are hundreds of kids waiting to visit the world.
I’d like to finish off this essay by thanking the coordinator, miss Rotaru, for giving me a whole
new chance of seeing the world with my own eyes and for giving me a chance to even improve
my English. I learned a lot about many different cultures and I also learned the importance of
friendship.

Ioneț Raluca, Romania

Firstly, I want to say that this is not my first time taking part in this kind of activities. This was
my second mobility and my 3rd time particiating in the Erasmus+ project. In the mobility that
I took part in, I went to Poland. A beautiful country with amazing people and history the
everyone should visit and start to apreciate. My favourite
aspect about Poland is its food. I want to say that I was
impressed by this countrys cuisine. Most of the meals are
similar to ones from where I am, in Romania we have a
lot of beetroot soup and so do Polish people.
I remember that the first meal I ate in Poland, was when I
arrived at my host Patrick. His mother warmed a chicken
soup and mashed potatoes with a pork schnitzel. It was
amazing. Simple but effective I might say.
Secondly, I want to talk about the friends I made. Patrick
is the name of the fellow guest that I had the chance to
stay at throughout the week. An amazing guy to stay
around and chill with. His brother is Le piece de
rezistance, Dominic….I will never forget that man. I built
such a close friendship with them, and even after 20 years
I think that I will never forget these guys.

Lastly, I want to talk about the memories I made. These are the kind of memories that a man
can never forget. I remember that once we stopped to have a snowball fight and my coleague
Teodora tried to push me into the snow but she just faceplanted into the ground. Funniest thing

I have ever experienced.

To sum up, I can say that it was a 9/10 experience. I rated it a 9/10 because we didn’t get
enough time to stay with our hosts, so for future projects I might change the free time that
students get to spend WITH THEIR HOSTS.

15
Perhinschi Eduard, Romania

This was the first time I participated in and Erasmus+ mobility and also the first time I got out
of Romania. The trip was long, but trust me on this one, it was so worth it.
The moment I started living surrounded by Polish people, not only the hosting family, they
started gaining my respect. With the days
passing I understood that they are a nation of
patriot, hardworking, respectful and responsible
people that succeded to build a beautiful, clean
and rich country. It is visibly different from
Romania.
I made many new friends from different
countries, Polish, Italians, Spanish. I still keep in
touch with some of them. My Polish host, along
with his family, I will not forget them soon
because, the moment I entered their house, they
treated me like a member of the family, I had the
same rights as they did. I hope I will meet them
again in the future. I still sometimes watch the
photos I took in Poland, smiling.
I have nothing bad to say about this mobility.
Everything, every activity based on Physical
Health was so well organised and planned, done on time. It definitely made me change into a
slightly better person.
Of course, the week went fast. From the start we all knew that we had to separate. It had to
happen, it was so beautiful but it could not last forever. It started with smiles and it ended with
hugs and tears. One of my hardest goodbies. I told them personally that I wish they will succed
in live, making their dreams come true, they will be happy
and healthy.
I am thankful for having the chance to participate in this
Erasmus project and I will always be. I can consider
myself lucky.
Words and places can be forgotten, it is harder to forget
people. About the people from every country, it did not
matter the age, the height, the mentality or gender, what
mattered is that we all had something in common, the
English language.

Perhinschi Rareș, Romania

16
Taking part in this project made me realise that my experience in Poland was my favourite by
now. Everything, starting with the people to the Polish culture, made this week a memorable
one that I will never forget. Getting to spend time with people from my school but also from
these foreign countries offered me great memories to remember all my life and I wish that
everyone could have this amazing chance to be involved in an Erasmus+ project.

In Poland I lived my first Erasmus experience, I made new

friendship and I improved my English.
This week was fantastic, I loved the parties, the horse sledges
ride and the typical dances of every country. This experience
helped me to grow, to know how to organize myself in the
daily life without my parents.
I recommend this experience to everyone who want to travel
in order to live a new lifestyle and to the students who want
to know the culture of European countries.

Alessia Pennacchietti

My experience in Poland was incredible!

It is a country whose culture and language
I know, and this week in Skolyszyn
definitely exceeded my expectations.
We were warmly welcomed and I had the
chance to get to know older and younger
kids with whom I made wonderful
relationships.
The activities they prepared for us were
varied and very engaging, from a dance class to a sleigh ride in the snow. The strengths of this
week were definitely the moments when we had the opportunity to share experiences with our
foreign classmates, at lunch time or during group activities. As for weaknesses, I must say
there were none: we were always busy but every activity was interesting and worthwhile.
I have very special memories of the mobility in Poland, so I would be glad to repeat this
experience and I highly
recommend it!!!

Gabriela Romualdi

I really enjoyed the Erasmus

experience offered by our school.
Every day there were different
activities that took up the whole
day. Being in contact with young
people from other countries
challenged me, because initially I
found it difficult to relate and
communicate, but after getting

18
involved I was able to talk and also have fun with everyone. This experience helped me to
grow mentally and gave me the opportunity to improve my English. I didn't have any problem,
in fact we managed to get through everything without any obstacle. I think I have never had so
much fun. I recommend Erasmus experience to everyone, and I think it is better to spend the
week during the mobility in a family; we were in a hotel, but we had much more fun when we
were with families.

Sofia Czekaj

Teacher

The Polish organisation was really good: the activities were nice and very inclusive, and

allowed all participants to get to know each other and interact in a natural and spontaneous
way. The outdoor activities also proved to be captivating and funny for our students, but above
all, the assistance provided to the two participants who had to stay in Poland because of the
Covid was commendable: the helpfulness and friendship shown by both teachers and students
was extremely valuable, and we will remember it for ever as a proof of the true Erasmus
spirit, which halp people to face any problem.

I liked the activities there and they were

very funny and entertaining, the people
from Poland treated us very well. I made
good friends and I still have contact with
some of them. This week went by very fast
to me, my favorite day was Thursday but
we liked every day. The only thing I didn't like that much was the food but for everything else
good. In the house I stayed at, they welcomed us very well and we fit in very well.

Poland was amazing, we did a lot of great activities, we visitedmany places, we had a lot of
free time there, I did a lot of things withmy “family”, etc. CONCLUSION: it was perfect, I
wouldn’t like tochange anythingfrom that week. AMAZING.

For me it was the best trip. We had

really fun activities and were all
thetime talking to people from other
countries. We learned about
physicalhealth and improved it.
Everyone was nice to us, and we
made a lot offriends. When the time
to leave arrived, we all cried because
we didn´twant to do so. It was the

Being in Poland for our mobility there was a great experience for all participants, teachers and
students. It was my first time working within the Erasmus+ program and I think it is a great
way to develop knowledge, experiences and links throughout all European partners. The Polish
mobility was great in activities and moments, we worked on Physical Health and how to take
care of it as well as the connections with the other health dimensions involved in the project:
spiritual, emotional, social, environmental and intellectual health. I can say that it is a
experience worth living for everybody.

For five days we contacted and collaborated with the educational unit "Szkola Podstawowa w
Zespole Szkol w Skolyszynie" (Skołyszyn city of Poland), developing interesting virtual
activities related to physical health.
The first day started with a fantastic opening ceremony with traditional dances from every
country. We participated in a presentation and debate on the central topic of physical health
and attended a dance workshop as an important element of Physical Health.
An interesting activity was organized at the rehabilitation center by Skołyszyn where we saw
how people with health problems are treated. Actions were also implemented on how physical
activity and exercise can improve health, reducing the risk of major diseases. The benefits of
physical activity and exercise which can have immediate and long-term health benefits,
improving the quality of life were also emphasized. We watched sports, presented the results
of the physical health questionnaires and made presentations focusing on ways we can improve
our physical health.
Finally, we came in contact with Polish culture, reading and watching videos from beautiful
parts of Poland, such as Krakow.
I can say that it was a week full of unforgettable and interesting activities!!!

An unforgettable experience in a
wonderful place of Poland. I
participated in interesting virtual
activities about physical health for
both teachers and students. I also got
to know a beautiful place of Poland,
Krakow, by reading and watching
videos.
It was my first adventure with the
Erasmus program. My participation
was truly one of the best experiences!
I was given the opportunity to meet
new cultures, to socialize and
collaborate with people who have
different mentalities and cultures, to
broaden my spiritual horizon by gaining new knowledge and most importantly to make new
friendships. I hope in the future to be given this opportunity again!!! I want to visit and meet
other countries but also to host children who would like to meet mine. If you are ever given
this opportunity don’t miss it, because I guarantee you will not regret it and it will be etched in
your memory for the rest of your life!
For me, my participation in the program means: Unforgettable, Unprecedented, Amazing,
Constructive, Fun!

My school participated online in the mobility of Poland. For five days students and teachers
contacted and collaborated with the educational unit “Szkola Podstawowa w Zespole Szkol w

I can say that it was a week full of interesting activities for physical health.
The organization and execution of the Polish program was unique and left me with very good
impressions. It has had endless benefits for both students and teachers, as our spiritual horizons
and our knowledge of physical health have expanded.
It was an original and different experience!
For me, my participation meant: sociability, learning, teamwork, cooperation, experience,
acquaintances, memories, emotions.
If I were given the opportunity to participate in a similar program in Poland, I would do it
without a second thought.

Unfortunately, the continuation of the pandemic measures deprived us of the joy of
participating in the mobility of Poland face to face. Thus, the meeting for the Greek team took
place online.
But this didn't diminish the enthusiasm of students and teachers of my school at all!!! With the
animation and coordination of the teachers of the pedagogical team of my school we had a very
beautiful and creative week!!!
The main topic of the meeting was Physical Health for which impressive online actions were
carried out!!! The students prepared assignments in English, which they presented. In this way
we have improved our language and digital skills, reaping unique benefits for our future. They
also had the opportunity to take a virtual tour of the school and the host city (Skołyszyn city of
Poland).
I felt excited and I want to close with a huge thank you to the Polish partners for all the
experience they have given me.
We said goodbye to our partners with the hope that the next mobility can be physical.
Our wish came true!!!

Description Spanish mobility

During the five days the participants will be involved in a series of

learning/teaching/training activities that will promote Emotional Health and will give
participants the chance to use English in real-life situations. The objective of these activities is
to reinforce students’ vocabulary and to learn how important the emotional Health is in our
daily life. All students will have the opportunity to gain public speaking skills thanks to the
workshops and presentations they will carry out working in international groups. All
participants will increase ICT and language speaking skills as well as the cultural awareness,
tolerance, empathy and respect.
Spanish mobility took place between 14th and 18th March 2022 in "Los Olivos"
school in Malaga. 60 people, including students and teachers gathered together
to learn and work on the health dimension chosen for this week: "Emotional
Health" throughout different activities planned for the occasion.
During this week we have tried to teach about 5 clues to boost our emotional
health, presenting each of them during a day of the week: Meeting New People,
Mindfulness and Meditation, Discovering New Places, Taking Care of our Self -
Esteem and Sports and Outdoor Activities. Both students and teachers enjoyed a
great week full of learning activities and new experiences.

DAY 1: Participants had to show the effects of local work activities ran within partner schools
in the field of Environmental Health. They discussed what Emotional Health is and the effects
it has on people and their wellbeing. Apart from that they met new students from different
countries and worked with them as this was to be one of our main objectives this week, to
create a great atmosphere in the group and make them interact with each other as getting to
know new people is a great way of taking care of our Emotional Health.

34
DAY 2: Workshops about mindfulness and meditation. The students had the opportunity to
work with a person specialized in this topic and discuss and debate about it with a theorical
and practical presentation. After this interesting activities all the group visited the main
attractions in our city as we understand that discovering new places and changing our daily
environment also has a positive effect in our Emotional Health and wellbeing.

DAY 3: Educational trip to places allowing to experience, learn about Emotional Health.
Participants were taken to a nearby town, Ronda, to work in severalmeditations and games
related to the topic carried out by local professionals. By working this way we pretend
participants to understand how meditations and leisure activities are beneficial for Emotional
Health, as well as discovering a new town is.

DAY 4: Activities allowing to experience how to care about Emotional Health, focused on
self-esteem. Participants were working on several videos about real life situationswhere they
could identify the effects of social media and virtual life in their own Emotional Health and
how to solve those situations andimprove their own skills.

DAY 5: Participation in sports and outdoor activities as a way to improve our Emotional
Health. During this day all the group participated in some sports activities, practicing some
very well known for them and discovering some activities they were not used to. We started
the morning with a workshop carried on by a phycologist addressed to make the students look
for their best self.
At the end of this day we had the opportunity to share a farewell meal and enjoy the last evening
together reinforcing the bonds created during all the project working together.

35
Students were able to communicate with their foreign partners through the English
language, allowing them to improve their English.
Students developed their ICT skills while using the platform as they were asked to share their
experiences and opinions about the working weekafter the mobility.
During the week, participants developed activities aimed at knowing what Emotional
Health is, what are the basic emotions, how emotions affectthe health of people as well as
strategies to improve emotional health.
To develop all these contents, during the Learning/Teaching/Training
activityparticipants took part in debates, group dynamics, workshops, lectures and cultural and
educational visits. All these activities were donecooperatively, in order to enrich the learning
process of each student. These activities promote equity and possibilities to collaborate
andinclude every student, despite different backgrounds, abilities or economical obstacles.

socializing the Project gave me i had a lot of friends again i saw how much happiness that gave
me we are still in touch with all my friends. We visited a amazing place called Ronda where
the rodeo’s being made.We solved problems with teamwork and thats worth to deal with a
headache mission we got through the problem together we collected puzzle parts and gather all
the parts in the castle. We visited a museum in Malaga. It all become a part of my life we saw
theatre when i see these kind of places i think about how many centuries how many different
clothed people like i cant stop thinking about it its like that all people talks to me and stuff.
And this project was important for me in another way that was controling my emotions. The
people i met and the places i’ve been all will make me the man i so proudly am.

I will tell about my first experiences, when we landed in Malaga.we started the project late,
and the experience was below my expectations, I stayed at my partner Rodrygo's house and
his family took very good care of me I enjoyed dealing with projects and other work the next
days, we visited a lot of places on our own, ate and had fun, We visited 2 cities, but the early
ending broke my hopes, I wish the project could last a long time, I was very warm to Spain, I
would love to spend a long time with the same people again in the future, we visited the great
Rondo castle and the museum in Malaga,
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the project, I wish it was longer

Our students stayed at their parents' house. It was very good in terms of student cohesion.

41
It caught my attention that the school, which is the partner of the project, had the necessary
things for social activities. Two indoor pools, three big football fields, the rules and order in
the school were very good.
Different trainings were given at the school and students were given activities with pictures.
The activities carried out during the trip to Ronda brought the students together very well. As
teachers, we mingled with the teachers of other countries. I saw the counselor teacher, who
looks like a religious official, talk to students when they are experiencing emotional distress.
Overall it was a productive training.

For me, the most important thing

I had in Malaga’s mobility is
friendship. I strengthen my
friendship with my Romanian
colleagues, Asi, Teo and Mihai,
and made some new friendships.
I’m proud with the fact that I had
made at least one new friend from
every country. From Italy, next to
my heart is Lorenzzo, who made
me smile every day. I had the
chance to visit the city with Ola,
from Poland and her host Julia
and also from Poland I felt in love
with our sweet angel, Wiktor. I laughed and visited Ronda with Samet, my team mate from
Turkey. And next to the Greece sweethearts I danced all night long at the farewell diner.
Obviously, all my experience that week is around Spanish people, my host Julia Martin next
to which I felt like home, and her friends became my friends too.

Alexandra Cristina, Romania

The whole experience was exciting and full of new things to be discovered. From the moment
I arrived there I could feel a soft breeze and see a different kind of vegetation that made me
really happy. The long roads through the town were relaxing and entertaining. The sea was not
far from where I stayed and I loved admiring it from the balcony. The castle there was great
and walking to the highest point of it was quite a challenge for me but it was all worth it after
I saw the view there. I could also follow
my ambition of going to every Hard
Rock Cafe that exists and drink a coffee
there. The museums and exhibitions
where also fascinating, the texts being
translated in English and also French.
The activities based on Emotional
Health, organised at school, were hard
worked on and had really captured my
attention being on the subjects I love
and usually research. The trip to Ronda
and the scavenger hunts we had there
really made me go all in and try my best

43
to win. The view there was breath taking and I wanted to sit there watching for hours.
The traditional Spanish cuisine was a little bit different from what I expected but appetizing.
The teams were friendly and fun. The teachers were also always there for us and supportive. I
even got to witness a rare phenomenon, it rained with sand! When I first heard about it, I
couldn't believe it but even if I got my clothes a little dirty, I would like to experience something
like this again. It was lovely there and I promised to visit the city at least one more time.

Asimionese Alexandra, Romania

The mobility in Spain was awesome. I met tons of interesting people, and I learned a lot about
Emotional Health. The family that I was hosted by was very welcoming and friendly. They
took me around the city to see interesting places.
On the first day at the school, we were
welcomed with a ceremony, saw an
entertaining presentation about emotional
health, and played ice breaker games. On the
second day, we visited a museum around the
city centre and learned how to recognize and
manage our own emotions.
The third day was extraordinary. We visited
Ronda, a beautiful city near Malaga full of
beautiful buildings. We took part in engaging
activities that made us go explore the city and
finish fun challenges while at that. On the
fourth day, we watched a movie about
emotional health and debated the
consequences of social media on our self-
image. On the fifth and last day, we played
sports and had an amazing and tearful
farewell party.

As a teacher coordinator of five students from „Spiru Haret” Computer Science College, I had
the opportunity of participating at the activities of Erasmus project Healthy Bodies! Healthy
Minds! in Malaga, Spain.
It was a pleasure to discover the beauty of Malaga, the school „Los Olivos” where all the
activities were organized and the Spanish teachers and students who were in charge to
welcome us.
Both students and teachers got back home with a lot of useful information about Emotional
Health. The students worked in transnational teams and participated at different workshops,
competitions, debates which helped them improve their speaking skills.
Being part of this Erasmus project was a great experience. We socialized and learned a lot of
interesting things.

My experience in Malaga exceeded all the expectations I had, because when I left I thought I
wouldn't be able to communicate either with my Italian classmates or with those from other
countries: the exact opposite happened because now we are all friends. Furthermore, I didn't
expect to get on well with the Spanish culture, even though it is very similar to the Italian one:
I got on better than I expected. I recommend this experience to everyone because it makes you
grow a lot and makes you appreciate the people and culture of different countries.

Alessia Macaluso

In March I left for Malaga for the Erasmus 'emotional health' project. When we arrived at
Malaga airport, a Spanish teacher was waiting for us, who I thought was very friendly and
positive. During this week I had a very good time both with my classmates and with the guys
from the different countries. This was also because I had met again some guys I had already
known in another Erasmus project. I found the week very challenging for me because I was the
only one who didn't speak Spanish and I felt a bit difficult, but taking courage I integrated
myself speaking English. The week was very well constructed, with various games in the
school and a trip to Ronda, where I had a lot of fun; when we got to the last night we were all
friends and we were joking, dancing and having fun, and then at the end we said goodbye to
each other with regret at our departure. I recommend these projects a lot, because they give

46
you a chance to improve your culture, and not only to stay with the Italian one, but also to
broaden and improve your language skills, which you may not be able to develop to the full in
Italy, and then also because you have fun: in the end that's also the aim.

Giacomo Tombolini

My experience in Malaga
with Erasmus was wonderful,
I managed in just one week to
learn a lot and give my all in
any activity.
As soon as the news of the
Erasmus arrived I almost
couldn't believe it, because I
had an immense desire to
travel, discover new cultures
and, why not, also improve
my ability to relate through
foreign languages with other
boys and girls.
I really recommend this experience to everyone because it makes you mature in so many ways.
It gives you a lot of responsibility, because even if you are with the teachers you have to make
choices and be autonomous in order to live this experience to the full.
Having said that, I hope I have given you an idea of how I lived this experience.

Lorenzo Bracaglia

47
Erasmus in Malaga was very nice; we visited many places, including the Malaga museum and
the Picasso museum. The experience was also very good because we made new friends with
Spanish students and practised both Spanish and English. Especially for the language, it was
really an incredible full immersion. I recommend everyone to try this experience, both for the
human side and to improve language skills.

Spain is famous for its weather and beaches. We didn’t fully enjoed it because of the rain.
But we had a Chance to seethe amazing architecture of the city of Ronda (and Malaga, of
course). At school there were many workshops e.g. paddles. I learnt to play a new one that is
now one of the best for me.

What I liked the most was the trip and activities in Ronda and the farewell dinner.

Children from different countries came to our house, a Turkish guy who I always talk to,came
to my house, it was a very fun experience since we took our exchange children to placesin the
city and they did not understand anything, they taught us things and we taught them as well. It
was ourlast exchange.
Pablo Blasco

I liked this week so much and I met more people. The day I didn’t like it that much was when
it rained because they couldn’t see the center and my favorite day was Friday. I talked a lot in
my house with the girl who I hosted, even though she was older than me, we got along and
spent a great time together.
Lola Bonilla.

Spain was good too, but I prefer Poland. In my opinion Spain was alittle bored because we did
normal activities, not like in Poland. Iliked it very much and I had an amazing time with the
boy who cameto my house. I think this was the best thing.
Izan De Armiñán.

I loved it because it was the first time that a child fromanother country (in this case, Greece)
was in myhouse. I think that the best moment was when wehad to do some shapes with our
bodies. And ofcourse, theparty.Itwas so cool.

When the children came toSpain we spent a very greattime,we visitedRonda, the center of
Málaga...and we did a lot ofactivities in the school,I met great people from a lot of countries.

In Spain I could know new things from other countries and we made a lot of newfriends also I
could have the great experienceof having a person living inmy house for a week. The party that
we did on the last daywas amazingand very funny. And I liked to show people my city.

I loved it when the Erasmus students came to Malaga because we were able to meet againwith
the friends we made in Italy.
We researched about emotional health and learned very important things.
We laughed and had a lot of fun together.

Participating in this international project has not only been an opportunity to know more people
or cultures, but also a chance to develop a spirit of community with other teachers and students
that follow the same than us.The eagerness of all the groups that have come and their
willingness to make the most of this project has enabled all of us to have fun, learn and apply
our learnings about emotional health every day of the week. Besides, the good organization
and the interesting workshops that have been prepared for the occasion havehelped us to enjoy
even more. I truly hope that we can participate in an enriching experience like this soon.

It was a unique experience my participation in mobility in Spain and I consider myself one of
the lucky ones to have had truly the opportunity to experience it.
Through the project we met new places, cultures, perceptions, languages and most importantly
made new friends! At the same time, this "journey" reinforced our appreciation for the values
of hospitality, tolerance, equality, solidarity and selflessness.
I would definitely look for such an experience in the future!
Erasmus + for me is Friendship, Experience, Acquaintances, Multiculturalism, Socialization!

The mobility in Spain was amazing!!! There I learned a lot about emotional health. I was very
happy and excited with all the activities and visits that the host school had planned and carried
out.
On the first day at school there was an opening ceremony and some ice-breaking activities. We
attended interesting presentations by international teams on the importance of emotional health.
On the second day, we took part in workshops on "Emotional management through
consciousness". Then we visited the historic center and the Museum in Malaga.
The third day was great. We visited Ronda and took part in targeted activities and workshops
on emotional health. Admiring this amazing place we also had the opportunity to train our
minds. During the journey the hosts had prepared amazing puzzles.

54
On the fourth day, we watched a movie about emotional health and social media. Then we
debated the consequences of social media on our self-image and we participated in workshops-
group activities. Finally, we presented the results of the Emotional Health Questionnaires.
On the fifth and final day, we attended a presentation about improving emotional health
through fun and new activities, played sports and had an amazing farewell party.
I met a lot of interesting people and made new friends. The family that hosted me was
welcoming and friendly.
Wonderful memories!!!

It was my first adventure with the Erasmus+ program. Great time, lovely people, interesting
workshops, lots of attractions.
I particularly enjoyed the experience of my trip to Malaga, practiced my English, connected
with friends, got to know the beautiful European country of Spain and strengthened the sense
of European citizenship as a citizen of the world.
Also, because the theme of the program was similar to the ancient Greek saying "A healthy
mind in a healthy body", was given me the opportunity to highlight in a special way the role
and importance of education in terms of harmonious physical and mental development.
The composition and mood of the whole Greek team was very good and we all came back with
the best impressions, having managed to test our abilities, to gain new knowledge, to
communicate, to coexist and to have fun at the same time.

Vasileios Manisoglou, Greece

The mobility in Spain entitled "Emotional Health" was awesome!!!

56
I was excited with all the activities and visits that carried out.
There were some interesting presentations, videos and workshops on emotional health and
sport activities.
We visited various attractions in Malaga but what impressed me most was the city of Ronda.
Ronda is one of the most picturesque cities in Spain and this can be seen by the visitor walking
on its streets. The deepest gorge 100 meters in the city center and the famous Puente Nuevo
bridge over it make a bigger impression. In the Ronda Mercadillo Christian Quarter there is
the impressive Real Maestranza de Caballería bullring.
I left for my country full experience, friendship, knowledge, emotion, beautiful pictures and
beautiful memories, ingredients that compose the unique Erasmus + programs.
I want to thank from the bottom of my heart the teachers and the students of the hosting school
and the families of the students for their exemplary hospitality!

Social Health- Keramoti, Kavala, Greece
9th-13th of May, 2022

During the week from 09 to 13/05/2022, the 6th and last mobility was implemented at the
Gymnasium Keramotis within the Erasmus + strategic partnership project KA229, with the
general title “Healthy Bodies! Healthy Minds! ” and meeting topic: “Social Health”.

Our educational unit welcomed 12 teachers and 23 students from schools Romania
(“Colegiul National de Informatica Spiru Haret” - Suceava), Poland (“Szkola Podstawowa w
Zespole Szkol w Skolyszynie” - Skołyszyn), Italy (“ITE P. Savi” - Viterbo), Turkey (“Karaman
Lisesi” - Karaman) and Spain (“Colegio Los Olivos” - Malaga), fulfilling - we believe
successfully - the objectives of the meeting.

On the first day of the mobility in Keramoti - Kavala - Greece, the participating students
and teachers took part in the welcoming ceremony was held in school, where students and
teachers were entertained with the accompaniment of traditional music and enjoyed local

64
delicacies and sweets (an integral part of the hospitality and kind sponsorship of parents and
students of school).

In the reception area, students participated in ice breaking activities and a workshop on
”Role of Empathy in Social Health”. The students, divided into groups, each drew a heart,
colored it and wrote in the center of the heart the name of another child in the group as well as
words of empathy for him/her. At the end of the workshop they exchanged the hearts. Finally,
participants presented useful and interesting information about the Social Health (the
importance of social health and how it is cared for, including suggested activities, examples
and conclusions) and the results of the questionnaire based on the topic of the project meeting
- social health.

65
66
67
68
The aim of the meeting was to approach and raise awareness of students' social health.
During the week students and teachers participated in lectures, debates and workshops all these
offering participants the opportunity to improve their social health.

Students and teachers watched the Egyptian short film entitled "L'ALTRA PAR". The film
described how people are isolated in technology and forget one of the best things in life, human
interaction, empathy and love. This was followed by a discussion on the concepts of
communication, human interaction, empathy, negative patterns, the influence of technology
(social media) in everyday life and a workshop entitled "Social Media: How it affects you
emotionally, physically and mentally?". Students created collages with communication, human
interaction and empathy messages. Having a ton of friends on social media doesn’t ensure or
even promote high-quality relationships — a key requirement for balanced social health. As
humans, we need significant, close interpersonal connections to be socially healthy. We thrive
on being able to connect and socialize with our closest people. Having social empathy means
being able to understand the other person, communicate with him or her and make him or her
feel better.

69
70
71
Social health has aim to a positive effect on self-esteem and improves students'
participation in the learning process. As part of the activities of the meeting, a lecture,
discussion and workshop on the hazards of the internet were held. The aim of the activity
"Social health and Internet use as a means of adaptability - Positive points and Potential
Hazards for adolescents and children" was to raise awareness about social health, the role it
plays in the development of children and adolescents, and the use of the Internet as social health

72
tool and helper (how the internet has a positive effect on the socialization and adaptation of
adolescent children).

Thus, a presentation entitled "Let's go surfing with safety" was held, in order to promote
the safe and positive use of digital technology among young people. The goal was to cultivate
safe internet browsing skills, with responsibility, respect, critical thinking and creativity.
Students were first introduced to the benefits of the internet and then the risks were analyzed,
such as inappropriate content, seduction, violent games, bullying, harmful behaviors,
addiction, alienation, privacy, deception, social networks etc. Particular importance was given
to know what is internet addiction and what are the symptoms. Finally, reference was made to
the ways in which adolescents can be protected. At the end of the presentation there was a
discussion about social health and how it is affected by the excessive use of the Internet. An
experiential activity followed, which aimed to raise awareness regarding internet security
issues. Initially, the students were divided into four groups of four - five people from different
countries. Each group was given a different scenario that they were asked to work out. The
scripts were about seduction, intimidation, inappropriate content and interception of personal
data. Each group read their script and then, after answering some helpful questions, presented
it to the plenary. It emerged from the discussion that young people had the opportunity to work
out the effective and secure internet use.

73
74
Participants in addition to the educational part of the program had the opportunity to
take part in cultural activities and educational trips for improving social health. They visited
the island of Thassos (Museum, Ancient Agora, Ancient Theater and Old Port), the location

On the last day students and teachers filled out online evaluation forms and were given
certificates of attendance. The meeting came to an end with a farewell ceremony. All the good
ones once come to an end.....

84
Students and teachers enjoyed a wonderful week full of learning activities and new
experiences. The Municipality of Nestos, the Community of Keramotis, the Association of
Parents and Guardians, the Association of Teachers, the local community, parents and students
of the School collaborated harmoniously and effectively for the full and successful
implementation of the program.

All participants took part in organized activities and trips, the purpose of which was to
improve their social health. Some of the ways in which students and teachers can improve their
social health in their daily lives are:
• Join community events. Whether you live in a small town or a big city, there are many things
that you can do to be a part of your community and town. You can participate in events held

85
in your town. Try and volunteer somewhere weekly or biweekly so that you can establish
relationships with those who volunteer there!
• Learn to communicate effectively. One of the most important things to understand about
our social health is to learn how to communicate effectively and positively. Becoming a
clear communicator means effectively conveying your thoughts, ideas, needs and wants.
Communicating clearly helps you manage your time and your life, to feel good about
yourself, and to build trustworthy relationships with others. Without this, it is hard to form
and maintain bonds—even between strangers.
• Be yourself. There is no point in trying to form or create relationships unless you are
yourself! Do what makes you happy and fulfills your needs. Being social comes within you
and you will find the best of people doing things that you love to do. If you try to find
fulfillment through things that do not please you, you will not fill your life with the people
that you truly need around you.
• Avoid toxic people and environments. One of the downfalls of social health is that you will
meet someone that is not that great. However, every experience and person is a lesson and
can prevent you from getting hurt in the future. Try to form friendships and relationships
through a positive environment such as social events, yoga class, culture events, local coffee
shops etc.
• Don't isolate yourself. Develop new hobbies by joining groups of reading, drawing, writing,
yoga etc. Learn new skills like art, dance, cooking, swimming etc. Travel and meet new
people.
• Get Out There and Socialize. It isn’t easy to be social and to start new friendships but know
that is worth all of the health benefits. Having healthy social health levels provide emotional,
physical and positive mental health on all levels. So get out there and get hugging and
making friends since it is beneficial for your health.
When we give attention to our physical, environmental, emotional, spiritual, financial,
educational, and occupational wellbeing, we improve our social wellbeing, too. Empathy,
understanding, and the power of community can build a bridge to better social wellbeing for
all.

During my time in Greece. I made many new friends. I learned about the cultures of different
nations. I was very impressed when I
visited the city of Xanthi. We went to
Thassos Island. We toured Thassos
and after a lunch there we took the
ferry back to Keramoti.
In the photo above it's me and my
friend sand I can say that we all had a
lot of fun together. It was my first
time to going abroad. We visited a
few churches and learned about their
faith from my romanian friends.
Even if the trip took a little longer it
was worth it. I think I have improved
my English enough there. I also tried Greek food and I liked it very much.

there with a big ferry the island was a wonderful place
there was a lot of small shops we had dinner with the

about traditional things.they were very friendly.we
visited the home of Mohammed Ali he was the governor
of Egypt i think he was a very strong and successfull man.We also visited churches there. i
learned about their religion i interested it. The designs from the church amazed me. The last
day they threw a party it was really fun everybody taught their countries traditional dances. it
was best time of my life.lt was a good experience for me.

During our project tour, we carried out studies on social health. We made friends with teachers
and students from other countries. As teachers, we introduced our own culture, our school. We

shared information about our school experiences. We had conversations based on our areas of
expertise. Our socializing and sharing with the teachers impressed me a lot. Kavala, Xanthi,
Thasos island was very beautiful. We had a fun time at meals. It was very enjoyable to have

It was the most productive of our activities.

Students and teachers got along very well.
We saw historical and natural beauties such as
Keramoti, Xanthi, Thasos, Philippi, Kavala.
Our communication with the teachers of other
countries was very good.
Seeing the students crying after being attacked by a dog, the idea was formed that although we
all live in different countries and cultures, we are human and the emotions are the same.
In the country dances we did on the farewell day, the local dances of Poland and Spain
impressed me a lot. I observed how close the Romanian and Greek countries are to our culture.
I was very impressed when a Greek shopkeeper said he was neighbor. We saw many beautiful
places and had fun.

For me, this experience was

wonderful. During the activities,
I had the opportunity to meet
children from other countries, to
learn their traditions. I especially
liked the afternoons when we got all the groups together and talked about a lot of things. The
places I visited were amazing.
On the first day we met the teachers and students at the school in Keramoti. We presented our
projects, and then we participated in interesting activities to break the ice. I met a very pretty
girl from Poland who told me about her passions and family and I already miss her.
The other days things went very well, but the last day was very sad because we said goodbye.
The saddest thing is that we've made close friends whom we may not see soon. In addition, I
had the opportunity to learn a few words from the other languages and enriched my knowledge
socially and culturally.
For me it was the most beautiful experience of my life and I would repeat it anytime. I would
encourage all students who have the opportunity to participate in such a project. They will not
regret it.

Being my first project of this kind that I took part in, I really liked it. It is a unique experience
and I gladly encourage all high school students who are involved in such projects to take part,
because they will certainly like it.
I will never forget the places I visited in Greece and even more so the people I met. This project
helped me to have more confidence in myself, to develop my English better and also to interact
more easily with new people. Greece is one of the countries I really wanted to visit and thanks
to the Erasmus + project I fulfilled this dream. I met new people with whom I made friends
and whom I hope to meet again one day and to remember the beautiful moments we had
together in Greece during the project activities. We have also improved my knowledge about
Social Health, and important dimension for our wellbeing.
In short, the activities within the Erasmus + projects help students to develop their
communication skills and help them to integrate more easily.

Lazăr Maria-Cristiana, Romania

On May 7-14, I had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus project in Greece. Throughout
the week I participated in various activities within the Healthy Bodies! Healthy Minds!
project. I had the opportunity to socialize with different young people from other countries.
We visited Keramoti resort for two days and then went to Kavala. The hotel was located by
the sea, I had a lovely view. The locals were extremely welcoming. In conclusion, the
experience I had in Greece was great and I returned home with great memories.

This was my first Erasmus experience and I have to say that it was one of the most beautiful
trips I have made so far.. The main theme of this project is "social health", that is, our ability
to establish relationships with other people in which social media take over.. In my opinion,
this week in Greece was very useful and interesting. since we have known the main aspects
that characterize the country such as: food, inhabitants and places with beautiful natural
landscapes; we also met young people from many countries that were part of the Erasmus
project (Turkey, Romania, Poland, Greece).
At first we spent two days of leisure in which we knew the little town of Keramoti taking long
walks on the beach, we also went to school where each country exposed its presentation and
works on the topic of our project; We also worked in mixed groups so that we could get to
know each other and break the ice.
The most beautiful thing in my opinion was the trip to Thassos, because the landscape was
fantastic and we took some beautiful pictures.
On the fifth day we moved to Kavala, a larger city with many more inhabitants.
I adored it for many reasons such Gyros (typical Greek dish) and the ancient city that stretches
upwards in which we visited the house of Mohamet Ali and the mosque dedicated to him.
The last day we had the farewell dinner and we danced all together the typical dances of each
country, I had a lot of fun. This trip has exceeded my expectations and will be a memory that
I will carry with me forever.

Virginia Massa

It was my first Erasmus experience, and one of the most beautiful, interesting and funny weeks
of my life. I've always had such a hard time making friends, socializing and letting go with my
peers but thanks to this opportunity I erased those insecurities, I haven't made new friends for
years before.

This week's topic was "social health",

very useful for young people and really
interesting.
As for my expectations, they were
1000% exceeded. I thought we would
spend the week at school and maybe a
few visits somewhere there, but it
turned out to be a real adventure; I saw
things that left me breathless like the
view from the Kavala castle, or the
theater in Thassos with the beautiful
cliff with a breathtaking scenery.

94
We also visited the Philippi archaeological excavations and walked the path on the Nestos lake.
A different adventure every day, if not more. My favourite moment was the last evening: right
after we ate we started dancing, each nation showed a traditional dance, like the "la sevillana"
of Spain, and all the others who followed the steps started to dance.
I had some difficulties in speaking the language during the first two days then I started to melt
and making sentences trying to make myself understood by my friends.... I DID IT!!!
It is an experience that I hope to repeat again and that I wish other students could to live,
because it enriches from a cultural and a social point of view as well.
I thank our teachers who accompanied us in this life experience that I will always carry in my
heart.

My expectations for this Erasmus trip were very high and they were met. From the first day I
had a great time, but the best moments of this trip were mainly three: the first, the day we spent
to the island of Thassos where we visited the theater then we had lunch in a fantastic place and
where we spent the afternoon all together; the second when we arrived in Kavala, a
fantastic town, where we visited Muhamed Ali's house and the old city of Kavala; the third
and last was the final ceremony where we all had dinner together and after dinner we all danced
teachers and students. It was a great experience to interact with young people from other
European countries and spend some moments with them. I wish everyone could have this
wonderful experience and I can’t wait to do it again myself.

The Erasmus project in Greece was really wonderful, it was organized from local coordinators
of our Erasmus project. The cultural offer was fantastic and we had the possibility to visit many
important sites of Macedonia as Thassos Island, archeologic area of Philippi, the river Nestos
trekking, the interesting old city of Xanthi, Kavala with its old city and castle and so we could
discover Greek culture and history. Social health was well focalized both with the activity
indoor and with the tours. The Greek organisation was really good: the activities were funny
and very inclusive, and they allowed all participants to get to know each other and interact in
a natural and spontaneous way.

presentations, the
food was very good.
On Tuesday we did
some work and went
to the island of
Thassos, which was
spectacular both for
food and tourism.
Wednesday we were with the mayor and we went to Xanthi to eat, then we went to the new
hotel. On Thursday they gave us a talk and we did jobs. On Friday we took our diplomas and
said goodbye to the people at the wonderful farewell dinner

It was a fantastic experience that we enjoyed a lot. Iloved the trip to Thassos because it was an

Greek mobility was a great experience for both teachers and students and a great opportunity
to learn more about social health. We had the chance to share memories and projects with a
wonderful group of people and enjoy a beautiful venue such as Keramoti and Kavala in Greece.
It was a week full of interesting activities related with the topic that made us reflect about our
social health, how to take care of it and how to enrich our own personal social health, our use
of social media and how we spend our time for social connections. We could see the true
meaning of the Erasmus+ program through all the activities we have carried on during three
years this one has lasted and I think it has been an enriching experience for all the participants
in the different activities we have done.

The Erasmus+ program was a life

experience for me! It expanded my
horizons, gave me the opportunity to live
with children with different perceptions and
values for a whole week, and finally make
new friends. As a result, I gοt to know a
different way of thinking and see a lot of
things from a different perspective.
In the end, I believe that the Erasmus +
program has helped us to be more
communicative and open with children from other countries. The words that summarize this
program are socialization, cooperation, respect, friendship, understanding and care!
Personally, I was very upset that it ended so quickly. I will always have them in my heart!
I’d like to finish by thanking, Ms Kitsara Alexandra, for giving me a chance of participating in
this project.

We cooperated harmoniously and effectively for the full and successful implementation of
the meeting's program entitled “Social Health”.
On the first day of the mobility we participated in the welcoming ceremony held at the school,
where students and teachers had fun accompanied by traditional music and enjoyed local
delicacies and sweets (an integral part of the hospitality and kind sponsorship of parents and
students of the school).
We participated in ice-breaking activities and a workshop on "The role of empathy in social
health." We presented useful and interesting information about Social Health (the importance
of social health and how to care for it, including suggested activities, examples and
conclusions) and the results of the questionnaire based on the topic of the project meeting -
social health.
The aim of the meeting was to approach and raise awareness about the social health of students.
That's why we participated in lectures, discussions and workshops to improve our social health.
We watched the Egyptian short film entitled "L'ALTRA PAR". This was followed by a
discussion on the concepts
of communication, human
interaction, empathy,
negative patterns, the
influence of technology
(social media) in everyday
life and a workshop entitled
"Social Media: How does it
affect emotionally,
physically and mentally?".
We created collages with
messages of

105
communication, human interaction and empathy.
As part of the activities of the meeting, a lecture,
discussion and workshop on the dangers of the
internet took place. The aim of the activity
"Social health and the use of the Internet as a
means of adaptation - Positive points and
potential risks for adolescents and children" was
to raise awareness about social health, the role it
plays in the development of children and
adolescents and the use of the Internet as social
health tool and helper (how the internet has a positive effect on the socialization and adjustment
of adolescent children).
In addition to the educational part of the program we had the opportunity to visit beautiful
places, such as the Port of Thassos (Museum, Ancient Agora, Ancient Theater and Old Port),
the location Toxotes (Nestos river path), Porto Lagos (Agios Nikolaos), city of Xanthi (folklore
museum and old city), Philippi (Ancient Theater and Archaeological Site, Lydia (Baptistery),
Imaret and the house of Mohammed
Ali in Kavala and finally the old
castle of the city.
The Erasmus + program was a
challenge for me and at the same
time an opportunity to meet people
with different mentalities and make
new friends. I worked with people
from different places and gained
unforgettable experiences. Indeed,
the week of Greece was unique and
special! Of course, if I were given
the opportunity to participate in such programs again, I would definitely choose it, because
only positive memories can be gained from them.
Finally Erasmus + is: Memories, Emotions, Excursions, Friendships, Teamwork
We enjoyed a wonderful week full of learning activities and new experiences. The meeting
came to an end with a farewell ceremony.

I believe that Erasmus week in Keramoti -

Kavala - Greece fulfilled our project's goals and
expectations.
We warmly welcomed students and teachers
from five European countries: Romania,
Poland, Italy, Turkey and Spain.
I mention hotspots that document the success of
the mobility:
• Knowledge and awareness of the social health
dimension

107
• Activating students' critical thinking
skills
• Maintaining the health of children and
their harmonious development by
making it a basic condition for an
effective education, encouraging
reflection, creativity, trust and solidarity
• Encouragement and development of
students' self-confidence and creativity
• Improving digital, language and social
skills
• Opportunities for children to reach the world, to create new ties and to open their minds in
different fields
• Innovation, cooperation, experience, exchange of ideas and views, and solidarity among the
people of Europe
• Knowledge of the culture and national language of the participating students
• Similarities and differences of children who will communicate and collaborate and friendship
ties that will emerge through common activities and practices
• Getting to know cultural identities, creating the basis for coexistence, respect and cooperation
• Encouraging children to participate in Erasmus+ programs in the future
For a whole week, we colored our lives with new experiences and shared the difference. We
had an interesting, pleasant, full of positive experiences week at school, in our city, in our
country!!!
We hope to collaborate again on an Erasmus+ project in the future!!!

In this program our primary goal was to promote a healthy lifestyle. Many people think of
wellness only in terms of physical health. But it is a combination of physical, intellectual,
social, spiritual, emotional and environmental well-being. Each dimension affects and overlaps
the others and contributes to the quality of life.
In our country we carried out the latest mobility of the project on Social Health.
The following took place:
• interesting presentations on the importance of social health and how to take care of it,
• lectures, discussions and workshops for the improvement of our social health but also for
the use of the Internet as a tool and helper of social health (how the internet has a positive
effect on the socialization and adaptation of adolescent children, internet risks),
• watching videos on the concepts of communication, human interaction, empathy, the
impact of social media in everyday life,
• workshops on "The role of empathy in social health" and "Social Media: How do they
affect emotionally, physically and mentally?",
• group activities, such as creating a collage.

In addition to the educational part of the program we visited beautiful places in our area.
I believe that the week of Greece was unique and wonderful, full of unforgettable learning
experiences!
Friendship relationships, life relationships were created!!!
Congratulations to my students for their active participation and interest!!!
All well come to an end.....
