We are the private prosecutors representing the complainant in the

criminal case People of the Philippines vs Yumol. The said case is about
the Ateneo Shooting Incident that happened in Quezon City. One of our
collaborating counsels requested for a Baranggay Certification from your
office about the CCTV footage recorded at your Baranggay particularly in
St. Joseph Shrine last July 24, 2022, at 3:00pm.

In view of this, our law office is requesting for a coordination meeting

regarding the Barangay Certification your office issued on 2 nd day of
August 2022. A copy of the said Certification is attached herein for your
reference. Further, since we are about to present our evidence, may we
respectfully suggest that the said meeting be held next week or as soon
as possible
