Greetings!

Our school is faced with the problem of accommodating the increasing number of pupils due to
inadequate number of classrooms. At present, two or more class sections share in a single room. This
results to staggard classes.

In as much as we want to suffice the necessity by constructing the required number of classrooms, the
limited area where our school is located prohibits us from doing it so. And in an area where there isn’t
enough space, upright expansion of buildings can be a solution to the problem.

In line with this, we are asking for your help in converting six of our classrooms located at the school
ground into a two-storey building rooms. If granted, this will greatly benefit the pupils who will be
attending regular classes instead. Hence, giving them the best opportunity to learn.

This is upon the request of the General Parent Teacher Association (GPTA), teachers, and parents of
Mt. View Elementary School whose signatures are affixed herewith.
