STRESS MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL

TEACHERS
INTRODUCTION
 The modern world is of competition
and life is full of challenges.
 In spite of proliferation of health
institution both in public and private
sector, health problems are on increase
and these are caused by stress and
tensions.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
 In the human life so many stresses
are there, that is working environment,
time management, transport , family etc.
 These factors are severely
disappointed in the nature of working
environment.
 There are several stress
management techniques are provided
by the management.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
 To know the nature of stress
experienced by teachers in schools.
 To know the factors influencing in the
teachers stress in school.
 To compare the occupational stress
of male and female primary school
teachers.
 To compare the occupational stress
management of government and private
school teachers.
FINDINGS
 Majority of respondents are stress
related to work environment.
 Mostly the women’s are suffered from
stress at work.
 Most of the candidates are feel stress
in student discipline problem.
 And in some cases they also feel
stress at the time of results of the
students.
SUGGESTIONS
 The education sectors should take
some steps to reduce the workload of
the teachers .
 The management should provide
some yoga/meditation technique to
reduce their stress.
 The management should ask their
need and wants in working place and
take step to fulfill that.
CONCLUSION
 The finding of conclusion is school
teachers in work overload, risky job and
poor co-worker relations were the major
donor to job stress.
 The management should be conduct
counseling to the teachers once in a
week for identifying their problems.
