Chapter 1
THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Background of the Study

Stress is something unavoidable in the life of a human in their daily lives; it helps

them adjust accordingly to whatever situations they may face. If not too careful, it may

bring about misdirected anger, mood, and behavior changes (Magellan, 2014). To attain

success, one must perform accordingly and exceed what is expected. The money and

knowledge we acquire from time is important, a good balance between these can give us

a peace of mind. Flexibility is a needed quality for a working student to be able to manage

their schedules and deadlines.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2021), stress may appear as fear,

worry, uneasiness, increase in heart rate, and difficulty in breathing. Working students

may most likely experience this daily due to the fact they have a challenging time in

managing their schedules (Santoro, 2021). The World Health Organization (WHO) added

that different people react to stress in different ways as their coping styles may vary from

person to person. It is also stated that these challenges may be overwhelming for a

person therefore it is important for a person to be mindful of how stress may influence
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

them. For working students, coping with the stress they’re carrying while working and

studying may be a difficult thing to accomplish.

Working students experience stress daily due to the fact that they face work content

that work their expectations and pressures that are not compatible with their knowledge

and skills, they also face job deadlines, just like the word itself implies "pressure," it can

generate performance anxiety, and can be extremely stressful for a working student.

Other work-related situations combined with the academic performance can all contribute

to stress, for instance, less time spent studying typically results in lower test scores and

final grades which leads students to become extremely stressed that can reduce

productivity and have a negative impact on academic achievement and increase attrition.

The way an individual acquires stress may vary depending on their work environment and

mental health conditions. Although it is reported the a few working students may have a

different perspective on working while studying. However, the majority of working

students have come to realize how difficult and challenging it is to both work and study.

High risk disorders are increased if a working student is academically stressed, this

includes psychological and physical problems like depression, anxiety, nervousness and

stress related disorders, which may affect their overall academic performance. (Thakkar

2018) also added that this is becoming a prevalent issue due to the increased amount of

suicide rates across the world. Being a working student is stressful, especially if the
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

student has poor time management in both school and work. Working students need to

understand the effectiveness of time management and utilize it to be able to meet the

standard of their work so they don't lose their job and maintain their academic

performance and integrity.

Academic stress is described as a mental distress with the association of anticipated

failure that leads to frustration (MDIS, 2021). It is very demanding to aim for a better

score especially when a person is a working student. Not having enough time may cause a

working student to disregard the activities related in their school which may in turn lead to

poor academic performance and a loss of focus due to the mental and physical exhaustion

that is essential to their work. While these students are under the pressure from having

poor physical and mental health, there is a possibility of losing the persona of having a

positive attitude to their outlook in life. The students may then come into contact with

anything that can satisfy them to cope with the fact that they had lower grades from their

expectations. Some may even resort to violence due to their frustrations. This may

drastically affect the student’s thought process that can eventually lead to being

depressed and anxious of their future (MDIS, 2021). The overall well-being of a working

student can be seriously affected by problems that may leave a long-lasting impression.

There are a variety of issues that working students’ may face that can induce stress,

this includes; Deadlines of activities that were assigned from their teachers despite having
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

minimal time to work and finish these. Financial debt in which a student will begin to

overthink of how they may pay for their basic necessities in both school and home as well

as their education. Conflicts within an individuals’ family is a possibility, the stress and

problem of a member of the family can potentially become the other members source of

problems and stress. Not having enough rest may also leave a student unable to focus

with their job and reduce their performance in school. A healthy diet is just as important

as sleep because it can provide the energy that is needed to be able to cope with stressful

events and may even lead to malnutrition or obesity. The concerns of a student is mainly

focused on their grades and which may cause them to become anxious, if a student is

working full-time, then it will be more difficult for them to keep up (Santoro, 2021). This

might cause them to be disoriented.

The stress and exhaustion that can occur while working and learning is one of the

main challenges of a working student. Although they can benefit by maintaining a

comprehensive schedule and a list of priority tasks, but doing so requires for self-control

and remarkable time management abilities. They may even struggle to get enough rest.

Exercise and self-care may become the bottom of their list of priorities that ignores their

health, and the worst part is that they can miss work and school if they become ill. Most

of us are aware that not all parents make enough money to take their kids to school or

otherwise provide for them. As a result, their kids are forced to work while still in school in

order to support themselves.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES

 To find out how the experiences of these working students coped with their academic

stress while shifting between work and school.

 To examine how the academic performance of working students is influenced by

stress.

 To determine the difficulties and challenges these working students face.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS

The study of lived experiences of working students in McDonalds Capas, Tarlac

regarding their stress in their academic performance will only gather and interpret

information that is related from the topic. In addition, only working students in McDonalds

Capas, Tarlac will be the participants to be studied. This study will be conducted in the

year 2023-2024. This study may collect data from students who are working part-time and

any gender that agrees to participate in the study.

This study will be excluding any matters that are not aligned with the experiences

of working students. This also includes the related literature and studies of other

researchers and individuals to fully focus on the topic. Additionally, non-working students

and full-time working students are evidently excluded as well. However, graduated or
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

undergraduate individuals who were working students in McDonalds Capas, Tarlac are

considered; as researchers are aiming for experiences.

Significance Of The Study

Working learners. This would be extremely valuable for them knowing that there are

other people who go through things, the same way they do.

Professors/teachers. This study is informative for the professors of the working

learners as they would be informed by how their lifestyle works and how difficult it is for

them to worry about personal matters and academic matters at the same time and in

result to that; consideration of things regarding their academic performance would occur

and that would be immensely helpful.

Co-workers. The understanding of people around a worker who also pursues their

education is necessary and this study will give them the point of view of a working

learner.

Individuals. This is a form of guidance to people to know the deeper knowledge of

stress especially with working learners and how it affects them.

Future researchers. This study contains the details of experiences of working learners

with stress and it’s enough for future researchers to have further knowledge about this.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND STUDIES

Related Literature

Working students have a lot to consider in the cycle of their daily lives. They receive

less time for their leisure moments as they have little to no spare of time at hand. In this

sense, the challenges they face are mainly compromised in balancing their work, school,

and personal life. A few studies have suggested that in between balancing their personal

matters and work may affect their stress levels significantly (Savescu, et al., 2017).

Factors that may influence the student to become stressed mostly come from

external experiences. Influence regarding factors that were analyzed may very well be the

exact factors that can also influence the perceived stress levels of working students

(Gaedke, et al., 2012). The concern for their grades can affect their stress levels but may

also motivate them due to the fact that these students are trying to achieve a better life

even with the circumstances they face. Despite the boost in mental spirits in improving

their study, the students may have a possibility of developing different symptoms from

their stress factors that were experienced. These include the loss of appetite or overeating,
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

difficulty of focusing, restlessness, insomnia, and even developing temper issues (Savescu,

et al., 2017). These are mainly influenced from the amount of workload and

responsibilities that these individuals carry.

The more hours a student works, the higher the stress they may acquire. In line

with this, their stress will drastically keep going up the more time they spend working from

their usual hours per week. Due to the amount of hours they work per week, it may

perceive an imbalance in their work and life. Working students who work for more than 15

hours per week experience difficulties in managing to meet the deadlines given to in their

schoolwork. Assignments can be stressful if the time given to work on these is minimal.

However, some literatures suggest the opposite and that these tasks are fairly done on

time. Due to that, working students may not even experience high levels of stress from

assigned tasks (Schwartz, et al., 2012)

Stress is one of the reasons why working students are struggling with works and

study; it can come from any situation that can affect their performance and behavior.

There is a general understanding about the level of stress, especially stress that cannot be

recovered from, poses a serious impact on student’s health over the long term. Students

who are employed have many challenges to overcome since they must balance work,

school, extracurricular activities, and personal life. If the students will interrupt their

studies can lead to drop out of school or experience health issues such as loss of appetite
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

or overeating, trouble concentrating, trouble making decisions or anxious as a result of this

stressful situation. Students that work more than 15 to 20 hours a week frequently

perform lower academic performance. Working for too long takes away the time from

socializing and other activities that encourages intellectual and emotional development.

The performance and behaviour of student can be impacted by stress. (Savescu, et al.,

2017)

Students who have a part-time job may have both positive and negative results.

Those who experience part-time job may present challenges for students in terms of

responsibility, time and money management, and a perspective from the real world.

Working has a lot of advantages as well as personal benefits, however its drawbacks can

be impactful to the stress the student experiences. Some students may find it simple to

balance their academic obligations with work activities, while others may find it

challenging. It can be extremely exhausting to commute between work and school

because most college students need to have a part-time job in order to attend classes full-

time and still being able to pay for a decent place to live. There isn’t even much time for

homework, sleep, or socializing with others for working students (Quast, 2013).

To be able to perform well, one must exert effort in a specific field to excel. To

working students, this is common knowledge, because they experience difficulties in

finding the correct time in focusing on their studies. In (2017), Savescu, et al., conducted
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

a survey that was concluded that non-working students perform academically better in

comparison to working students. Furthermore, Working students have a higher chance to

become academically burnout than being burnout from their work in any schedule, (Cazan

A-M and Draghici G-L, 2022) also postulated that if the working student chooses to

prioritize being an employee or vice versa, they may possibly neglect their other role. The

focus and intrinsic motivation of an individual may have a strong impact on what they

want to achieve be it knowledge or money just to be able provide themselves their

corresponding benefits. Due to devoting their time solely on a single role, this may become

the reason as to why some working students become burnout from stress. Students who

work and study have experience different impacts. The positive effect is that they learn

how to manage their time, especially with their academic performance where they learn

how to submit their worksheets on time. The negative effect is that the student tends to

focus more on their work rather than their academic performance and may even lose sight

of their main goal due to thinking about the money they earn (Chantrea, et al., 2017). It is

without a doubt that progress from an individual who has better time management skills

may set a more realistic expectation in accomplishing their academic tasks (Gaedke, et al.,

2012).

Working and studying may develop and promote independence. Because of this,

working students would become conscious of their economic status thus gaining economic

independence in understanding the world in which most students and young people have
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

yet to explore (Kamaratih and Jamal, 2019). These difficulties faced by working students

such as managing their time with their school-related activities, lack of rest and managing

emotions may impose stress among working students (Kamaratih and Jamal, 2019). This is

mostly due to having a limited amount of time from the burden of being a working student

in which they their workload and schedules are full. In light with this, Chantrea, et al.,

(2017) stated that working students wanted to experience what a real working

environment is like. There are surely a lot of advantages when it comes to money although

there are still difficulties and gaining them which is through working smart and hard as

well as investing their time on both of these roles in moderation (Chantrea, et al., 2017)

The respective school institution would most likely prefer to have students that attend

class punctually; therefore learning to manage time is an essential skill for being a working

student (Gaedke, et al., 2012). If a working student is able to manage their time, it is

possible that the stress they experience may reduce as well as having an increase in their

overall academic performance.

The coping mechanisms of working students may vary depending on what may

entertain them to alleviate their stress levels. In (2017), Savescu, et al., were able to

determine that working students may choose to consume alcohol and cigarette to cope

with their stress. However, these students may develop a habit or even dependency on

alcohol and cigarettes due to not responsibly drinking in which it may affect their overall

academic performance. It is also possible that due to this dependency, they may get
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

constant urges that they will carry this until they become graduates that have alcohol and

smoking problems in their careers. Some working students also engage in relaxing

activities to alleviate their stress. Most working students apparently prefer to either spend

more time with their family and friends or simply stay and relax at their respective homes

(Savescu, et al., 2017). This is especially true considering that just a simple act of

interpersonal or even intrapersonal communication may help these working students to

either complain about the stress they experience or just enjoy the time they have with

someone to reassure them.

High task loads and complexity are seen as two of the most significant factors to

the stress experienced by working students. The academic performance of learners may

be impacted by a heavy workload. Due to the physiological and emotional consequences

on learning, any modifications to a student's lifestyle, health, or academic unit load could

have an effect on how well they perform academically. Working students have a heavier

workload than non-working students, but they also perform worse academically. If the

administration considers the effects of working students' workload on their academic

performance, including physical and psychosocial factors, the number of high-quality

graduates may rise each year. Additionally, it is advised that working students go to the

school clinic once a month for a checkup that includes blood pressure, weight monitoring,

and a physical assessment to address any medical problems brought on by their academic

stress. It can have a negative effect on their academic performances and lead to higher
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

levels of stress where students find it difficult to focus, remember, and concentrate on

their education. The majority of working students' average sleep duration is below the

minimum recommended amount, and some students only get 5 hours less sleep because

they were unable to finish some school work due to stress and fatigue (Kurataa, et al.,

2015).

Extreme stress can lead to physical and mental illness if it persists for a while.

When faced with a challenging situation, everyone automatically applies the word stress.

Part-time students who are enrolled in university experience the same troubles,

challenges, and issues in life. Many of them encounter difficulties and disappointments in

their academic careers as well as professional life. Some college students have adapted to

living with stress. Numerous personal and social obstacles frequently affect students, and

their inability to accept the challenges and responsibilities. Part-time students had high

levels of psychological well-being because all stress-related indicators were at a high level

such as work stress, family stress, academic stress, and financial stress; those factors have

a negative influence on the psychological wellbeing of part-time students (Ramli, et al.,

2021).

Being employed while studying is one of the widely discussed reasons why students

leave university before earning their degrees. Students who work may receive grades that

are lower than they would have if they had only focused on their academics. Part-time
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

employment puts students at higher risk of dropping out. The risk of dropping out is

greatly increased by working more than 20 hours each week. Although, some students

may be able to balance both full-time study and have a work per week. One common

reason why students need to work is for financial reasons. students who work to pay their

tuition and to support themselves while they are in school, although there are a variety of

reasons why students work; it may be their choice for experience to increase their

potential for employment or it may be required to support their education. (Hovdhaugen,

2015).

Related Studies

A. Foreign

In the study conducted by Daly (2017) perceived stress levels and academic

performance are all measured. Due to the amount of external stressors that working

students experience, it may significantly affect how well they perform academically. The

more stressed out they will feel, the more negative its influence will have on their

academic achievements. Academic performance has brought awareness to the negative

effects that stress has on a student's performance as well as the high levels of stress that

students claim to have experienced while in college. Daly (2017) stated that the majority

of 72 students from the National College of Ireland received themselves low scores for

their own academic performance. Stress and academic achievement indicate that high

levels of stress have a negative effect on academic achievement. Stress was found to be a
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

significant predictor of academic standing. Therefore, these results highlight the stress's

negative impact on a student's academic performance. Most of the students say they feel

extremely stressed out throughout a typical college term. She added that students who

work will suffer higher levels of stress; which will have a serious impact on their academic

achievement.

Part-time students return to school to increase their chances of succeeding in their

careers or increasing their lifetime earnings. Stress is a significant concern in both the

university community and the global educational system, and it can be linked to

psychological health and stress issues such as work stress, family stress, and self-efficacy.

Students may feel overwhelmed by the variety of tasks, responsibilities, and commitments

they face, and may have various commitments such as their families and employers. Stress

can lead to frustration and discouragement in academic performances, and relationships

within the family can also have an impact on how they feel under stress. Family members

can also influence the success or failure of part-off students handling the pressure of

academic expectations. (MIR BIN SHAABAN, 2017).

This study is relevant to the research we are conducting in the sense that it

determines the following factors, mainly age, which may affect working students when it

comes to their stresses and academic performance. In the study of Imran (2018), they

found out that part-time working student were revealed to have been more slightly
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

anxious and have lesser stress levels. They also found that when in terms of age, younger

people have had a more difficult and stressful time than those who were older. This is

mostly because the age gap can be a form of experience which separates the capability of

both part-timers and full-time working students.

To further support this study, Imran (2018) concluded that employment status and

age among a variety of people has a significant effect in determining the stress levels of

working students in their workforce; this may affect their overall academic performance

due to anxiety. Despite that, whenever they receive social support from the people they

are familiar with, there is a positive reaction within the individuals in which it may as well

have been a form of coping with the situations they are dealing with. Due to this reaction,

they are able to perform more efficient afterwards.

In the study conducted by Koch (2018), the more stressed a working student is the

worse their physical health becomes. The way the students perceive their stress can be

linked to higher chances of developing depression due to the amount of overloaded

workload as well as its difficulties. It is only the way these working students perceive their

stress levels that is significantly responsible as to why these working students deteriorate

their physical health and fall into depressive states. Furthermore, if a student perceives

their workload to be difficult to be accomplished then it will only increase their perceived

stress levels.

B. Local

In the narrative study conducted by Abenoja, et al., (2019) the respondents that

were sampled in their narrative study showed a lot of positive response in contrast with

the stress that they were carrying. The working students’ main reason for working was

mainly to gain money and financially support themselves to not become a burden to their

parents. While these working students were working, they were happy with the outcome

because they discovered that they had a lot to improve on themselves. Because of that,

they were able to manage their time properly, learn new skills, and improve their mental

health by doing self- reflections. In contrast with the previous statement, these working

students believed that they had to discipline themselves as to not be engrossed in the

workforce and balance their schedules to excel in their academic performances. And due

to that phenomenon, the working students sometimes lose their focus when studying due

to drained stamina which does not enable them to excel in studies with maximal effort.

The study was concluded that most working students work use money as a motivation and

that along the way, they may discover that they have a lot to improve with themselves

apart from being working students.

According to the study of Gutierrez, et al., (2019) they found out that the struggles

are divided into two and these are either personal problems or school related. The

struggles they experience in school are composed of lessons they missed and due to the
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

loss of concentration, they experience difficulties and conflicts with their school tasks.

Furthermore, their findings indicate that these working students also experience sleep

deprivation due to poor time management which can be a cause for their poor academic

performance and poor health priorities.

Working students in Cagayan de Oro face many challenges when it comes to their

academic performance. These include stress, poor academic performance, sleep

deprivation, and time management issues, as well as social and individual differences and

unfairness. Working students may struggle to balance their studies between work and

study, manage their work and studies effectively, and have issues with overload and

require extra time to complete their tasks. These issues can lead to poor grades, conflicts

with their supervisor, and financial issues. (Villahermosa, et al., 2015).

According to CHED (n.d.), there were at least an estimate of 216,000 working

students that were balancing their lives in between working and studying. The most recent

census conducted showed that some of the college students in the Philippine population

that are working and studying at the same time. It was also stated that it is only a

possibility that among working students that can finish their studies due to the factors like

loss of concentration, poor health, and even financial problems that these working

students experience. A study in Davao City was conducted by Ramento (n.d.) stated that

there were only minimal count of students that were able to maintain their grade due to
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

gaining a low amount of salary. As a result, the working students lose track of their studies

and ended up focusing on their work instead leading to poor academic performance and

low grades in school

Synthesis

According to the gathered studies and literature, there are many factors that can

decide what influences these working students to cause them to experience different

problems in relation with their stress. In regards with the stress they experience from

different factors that were mentioned, these students also have their own coping

mechanisms with dealing the stress they experience, some even develop an adaptation to

these stressful situations. These experiences are still important to these individuals as they

learn to progress from them and develop independence in the real world. However, these

experiences may contain different challenges and difficulties that induce stress to the

working student. It was mentioned that time management was extremely important as it

upholds many benefits if they can accomplish their tasks without delay because punctuality

would give them better grades. In contrast with the previous statement, it may also lead

to burnout among working students due to the high task loads they can have in a single

day. As a result, this may inflict these working students with a variety of physical and

mental health problems. Workload is one of the major sources of stress for working

students, as such they frequently struggle to accomplish their academic performance and

run into conflicts with their schoolwork.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research Design

Qualitative research design is used to primarily understand how different people

experience a certain occurrence related to them in their own natural setting. The focus of

using a qualitative-research is to mainly view the respondents’ experiences in their

perspectives (Price, n.d.). The study will be making use of a narrative study wherein the

researchers will collect the necessary information through the gathered stories of the

individuals in the lived experiences of working students in Mcdonalds Capas, Tarlac

regarding their stress in their academic performance.

A narrative research design aims to investigate the perspectives and lived experiences

of the individuals. Narrative research design is suited for this study as it can help the

researchers learn more and develop a deeper understanding about individuals, society,

and history. It generally takes form of interviewing the respondents in line with the topic

of interest. It aims to assess an in-depth understanding of how these individuals see

themselves as a part of society (Roller and Lavarakas, 2015).

DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

Research Respondents and Locale

In this study, we will gather five (5) working students in McDonald’s MacArthur

Highway, Capas, Tarlac who will voluntarily agree to take part in our study. According to

Renwick (2019), qualitative papers, especially those who intends to interview the

respondents; 5 participants are better. However, if the study gets too complicated due to

lack of information, researchers may seek additional participants.

Research Instruments

This study adopted a questionnaire that is related to its objectives and will also be

preparing follow-up questions that will relate to the answers of respondents. The study will

be conducted through a face-to-face interview. The researchers will make use of the

respondents’ answers as a guide in asking them about the related topic similar to a natural

flowing conversation. To increase validity, the researchers will ask for clarification during

the interview to avoid confusion. Furthermore, the researchers can obtain an in-depth

understanding and perspective of the lived experiences of working students in McDonalds

Capas, Tarlac regarding their stress in their academic performance in this type of set-up.

Data Gathering Procedure

In gathering all the data and resources, the researchers must organize the data to

provide for greater reliability and credibility of our study. The researchers will ask the
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

participant to read the informed consent before they begin their interview in order to

gather data. Researchers also establish connections with the participants during the face-

to-face with open-ended question in order to make them feel comfortable and to help the

researcher collect detailed information. Researchers will also inform the participants that

they will be having an audio tape recording from a smartphone during the interview that

will only be used for more accurate transcribing. Lastly, after gathering all the data, the

researcher will ensure that all the information that the participants provided will be kept

private and are only for research purposes only.

Ethical consideration

Research ethics are a set of guidelines or rules that help the researchers provide

security for their respondents during the gathering of data. Its aim is to promote the

collaboration of both the researchers and the respondents during data gathering to acquire

a good quality amount of information in a specific field or study as well as protecting the

provided data from the respondents. Disregarding the ethical considerations in conducting

a study during the gathering of data is the same as violating human rights. It may also

lower the credibility of the study if the methods used are considered unethical (Bhandari,

2021).

This study revolves around the lived experiences of working students who are

stressed from their academic performance, therefore it may contain the difficulties that
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

these individuals experienced which may be sensitive. The researchers understand the

importance of ethical considerations as it values the privacy, agreement, anonymity, and

the possibilities of triggering psychological reactions. The researchers will ask for approval

to their respondents and if they are unwilling, then the researchers will respect their

decision in regards with their choices. This study involves the use of documenting the

exact and precise words of the respondents and as researchers; they shall value their

privacy and identities as well as keeping their information confidential and will only make

use of the words shared during the interview. The researchers will take responsibility if the

respondents are in any way not comfortable with the set-up. This study pursues only to

achieve educational objectives in the gathering of data.

Data Analysis

To interpret and analyze the qualitative data and its findings, this study will provide

data analysis. Qualitative data analysis refers to the process of organizing, analyzing, and

interpreting qualitative data—non-numeric, conceptual information and even user feedback

(Hotjar, 2022). This is used to identify actions and behaviors regarding a topic that is

being undertaken. Furthermore, the study will make use of Thematic Analysis for further

interpretation of data. According to Caulfield (2019), when trying to gather information

about people's experiences, perspectives, interpretations, opinions, and beliefs about a

certain phenomenon, thematic analysis is a good approach that can be used in that kind of
DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC

research. Apart from that, Hotjar (2022), stated that thematic analysis helps to identify,

analyze, and interpret patterns in qualitative data.

In this study, the researchers will gather data from experiences of working learners

in Mcdonalds Capas, Tarlac. Then, the researchers will read and familiarize all data and

findings from beginning to end to form a good foundation and understanding regarding

the matter. After familiarizing the data on its nature, the researchers will identify the codes

and analyze the themes that will be relevant and can make an effective point of view for

analysis. Finally, to further develop the study, the researchers will define each theme and

interpret the informants’ answers through the interview once themes are settled. The

researchers will then be able to explain and present how the interview questions were

answered by the analysis of the data and findings.
