1. WOODEN FLUSH DOOR

1.1. Main door jamb shall be of hardwood or any approved equivalent.
1.2. Door panels shall be made marine on wooden frames, paint finish with 1.2mm thick
stainless steel kick plate.
1.3. Hinges for wooden door shall be at least 3-1/2" X 3 1/2" X 3mm four ball bearing butt hinges
made of solid brass or stainless steel.
1.4. Locksets for steel door shall be Yale, Kwikset, or approved equivalents made of stainless
steel.

2. ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES
2.1. Flooring
2.1.1. All interior floor finishes shall be 600x600 granite tiles or approved equivalent.

2.2. Walling
2.2.1. Tile color pattern and color shall be as per drawing. Recommended paint shall be
Davies or Welcoat or approved equivalent. Application of paint finishes shall as per
manufacturer’s recommendation.
2.2.2. Latex paint shall be used in interior wall and column finish (application as per
manufacturer’s recommendation).

2.3. Ceiling
2.3.1. Ceiling shall be of fiber cement board on metal furring system or approved equivalent
as per drawing.
2.3.2. Exposed soffit and concrete ceiling shall be painted.

3. PLUMBING
3.1. Fixtures
3.1.1. Ceramic pedestal lavatory with stainless steel faucet.
3.1.2. Water closet shall be tank type and of ceramic finish.
3.1.3. Stainless steel kitchen sinks.
3.1.4. Stainless steel floor drains.
3.1.5. Use PVC drain pipes and water supply lines.
3.1.6. Urinals shall be of ceramic finish.
3.1.7. Grab bars shall be of 50mm Ø, 1.2mm thick stainless steel.

4. ELECTRICAL
4.1. Fixtures
4.1.1. Switches, convenience outlets, shall be "Anam"or “National” or approved
equivalent.
4.1.2. Fluorescent and Incandescent lights shall be "Philips or GE” or equivalent.
4.1.3. Flexible PVC conduits shall be "Moldflex", Neltex or equivalent.
4.1.4. Utility and junction boxes shall be metal, deep type with cover, otherwise, types
to be used shall be as per actual site condition.
4.1.5. Panel boards/ Circuit Breakers shall be “GE”.
4.1.6. Wires shall be “Columbia” or equivalent.
4.1.7. Plastic tapes shall be “Nitto” or equivalent.

5. PAINTING
5.1. All painting materials shall be Davies or Welcoat Paints or approved equivalent.
5.2. Masonry, concrete wall surfaces shall be treated first with alkali neutralizer before any
regular painting application will be done.
5.3. Primer paint coating shall be applied before any topcoat application is done.
5.4. All top coats painting application shall have a minimum number of two (2) coats.
