The experience of internship was really worthwhile and give many knowledges or in

University. President University internship program was help to prepare ourselves
before working in certain company and giving the knowledge of how to become a
competence employee. However, the regulation that the student should writing the
thesis during the internship program was giving many pressures, since the student
should have the internship in different city or even region. There are three
recommendation:
1. University and ICC reflect all students reports and make evaluation afterward
about how to organize the Internship period better.
2. The companies more prioritize the internship program because it will be usefull
for both parties, the company and the interns. And it would be much greater if
every company who has the Internship program for the students makes a project
for their interns.
3. Interns should keep their mind open and be willing to learn anything. Not to
mention, during the internship, Interns should pay attention on how they behave,
because they are representing the University.

business process, since author is majoring in Management. The company was giving
