In the debate over whether engaging in excessive physical activity is bad for

our health, many people argue that it is. Personally, I wholeheartedly concur with
the notion that intense exercise is detrimental for our bodies.
Exercise is important for maintaining good health and is essential for
carrying out daily tasks, as we all know. You can use it to stay healthy, maintain a
balanced diet, overcome depression, cultivate a positive outlook, and completely
turn over a new leaf.
However, if you can't manage how much time you spend exercising, it won't
be as beneficial. In other words, excessive exercise might have negative effects on
your body and brain. The CDC once conducted research that indicated adults
should engage in roughly 5 hours of moderate exercise each week or 2.5 hours of
more intense physical activity. Even if you try to go above and beyond it, it won't
increase your health benefits.
To be more specific, a study that was conducted in the past revealed that
light to moderate runners had a reduced chance of passing away than non-
exercisers. The tide appeared to be turning when it was discovered that some
individuals who ran vigorously more than three times per week had a heart attack
risk comparable to that of non-runners. So it appears that running too frequently
and intensively might counteract some of the health advantages of regular jogging.
Therefore, it's crucial to recognize if you're exercising excessively or not.
Sadly, the question "how much exercise is too much?" has no precise solution. due
to the fact that it depends on a number of variables in the equation (age, stress,
nutrition, etc,..). However, there are common signs and symptoms of the illness,
including losing fitness, gaining weight, poor sleep, an addiction to exercise, and
more.

For this reason, determining your "just right" quantity of exercise is important to
take into account how much time you should spend exercising in order to improve
your health and prevent over-exercising.

In conclusion, I can objectively confirmed consensus on the assumption that


too much exercise will affect people's health. Still, doing exercise is vitual to our
bodies. The key is to get the right amount.
