Jiyu-Kumite. Full explanations of the Katas Heian 1-5, Tekki 1 and

spectrum of the fighting art of Shotokan Karate.

The Author
Joachim Grupp has been practising Karate since 1976. He holds a 5th
Dan in Shotokan Karate and is an instructor in a Karate Club in Berlin.
He has been successful in national and regional competitions.
