The food pyramid is a representation of various foods and


drinks to form a healthy and balanced diet.

In fact, it also allows you to choose food more flexibly. Often, the food pyramid is divided into 4
levels, with the most important foods being at the bottom of the pyramid.

If your diet follows the division in the food pyramid, you will succeed in getting all the vitamins,
minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats from your diet.

The food pyramid is divided into 4 main levels and has 5 different sections:

First layer:

Vegetables and fruits

Second layer:

Foods that contain fiber such as rice, bread, noodles and biscuits.

Third layer:

Part one: Milk and dairy products.

Second part: Proteins such as meat, eggs and fish.

Fourth layer:

Fat, oil, sugar and salt.
