Pl follows the below-mentioned 

steps to upload the certificate on Qalam.

1. After logging in, you can directly click on “upload vaccination certificate” at the top
right corner of the homepage.

OR

2. Open profile from the menu on the homepage.

3. Click on the edit icon and under the vaccine certification information select “Yes” (If already in
possession of vaccination certificate) and upload the certificate.
If not in possession of the certificate, please click on "Get verification certificate".

4. Click on save once uploaded
