COMPLIANCE

COMES NOW plaintiffs-in-intervention “HEIRS OF FORTUNATO

SITCHON”, through the undersigned counsel, and before this Honorable
Court most respectfully state that:

1. On June 16, 2022, the Honorable Court of RTC Pampanga Br. 47

issued an ORDER granting the “Motion for Leave to Allow the Publication
of Summons by “People’s Tonight,” a newspaper of general circulation’
filed by herein plaintiffs-in-intervention.

2. Acting on the said ORDER by the Honorable Court, plaintiffs-in-

intervention caused the publication of summons annexes against Leonardo
Sagmit Sitchon, Felix Sagmit Sitchon, Sr., Rosita Sitchon Teodoro, Felipe
Sitchon Pineda, Carlita Sagmit Sitchon, Benjamin Sagmit Sitchon, and
successors-in-interest of Raymunda Sitchon, Andres Sitchon, Catalina
Sitchon and Lucia Sitchon.

3. In view of the aforementioned publication of summons which were

published on July 2, 9, and 16, 2022, the affidavit of publication is hereby
attached as Annex A series and made as integral part hereof.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that the Compliance be duly noted.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
