to t h ose with respect t o s m o k i n g , c o n s u m p t i o n o f a l c o h o l / d r u g a t a n y p l a c e i n t h e a i r c r aft or display behaviour creating
inco n venience to the o t h e r p a s s e n g e r s ( i n c l u d i n g u n d e r i n f l u e n c e o f a l c o h o l ) , S p i c e J e t will have full right to take all
step s /measures to prev e n t a n y s u c h a c t , i n c l u d i n g r e s t r a i n t . E a c h s u c h p a s s e n g e r s h a l l also be liable to pay penalty of
