Le Cordon Bleu master pastry chef's have created a delictablesummer
dessert. This raspberry tart, will be sure to put a smile on the face of
food lovers.

Serves 4

1 x 18 cm  tart

Ingredients

Sweet pastry dough

60 g butter
40 g icing sugar

15 g ground almonds

0,5g salt
100 g flour

Jellied raspberry coulis

80 g raspberry purée
