Please excuse my daughter, Barbara Nina Ll. Pagarigan, from Gr. 12-Fides, for she won’t

be attending her classes face to face because she had to undergo a surgery on her wrist due to a

Tendon Cyst (September 10,2022). She is to be monitored until September 17,2022. Her absence

that week until September 20,2022 is because of the pain on her hand and body pains. Please

allow her to take any test or make-up activity that she missed those days.
