To whom it may concern

I am writing to inform you that my daughter, Angela Christy O. Estrera of Grade 12 – Fides, was
unable to attend her 5th to 7th periods today, August 22, 2022, because of a slight fever due to colds
and dysmenorrhea. Additionally, although she is scheduled to attend classes onsite on Thursdays
and Fridays, she was supposed to attend classes onsite today to help with the orientations of the
Classroom Management Officers (CMO) Elections.
I am respectfully asking you to exempt her from her missed onsite and synchronous sessions and
allow her to take any missed activities.
I am hoping for your kind consideration.
