 The Support to Parcelization of Lands and Individual Titling (SPLIT) Field Validation Team
(FVT) introduced themselves to the attendees.

 The attendees have also introduced themselves.

 The Legal Officer explained the objectives of the SPLIT Program, that the Collective
Certificate Land of Ownership Award (CCLOA) shall be validated by the FVT, after
validation, a subdivision survey will be recommended and subsequently parcelization
and individual titling will take place.

 The spokesperson has expressed that they are pleased to have received the notice of
the meeting. They are delighted about the news of the objective of the SPLIT Project.

 During the meeting, the attendees through their spokesperson have expressed their
intention to opt for co-ownership and that the CCLOA not be subjected to parcelization
under the SPLIT project.
