BACKGROUND OF THE CASE

The agricultural property, described-above, was covered under the Comprehensive

Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) through Voluntary Offer to Sell (VOS). Collective Certificate of
Land Ownership (CCLOA) was issued to the following Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs): Jose
B. Villanueva Jr. and Ian June F. Villanueva.

FINDINGS

Based on the validation of the FVT it was found out that:

1. All Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries are the actual tillers of the landholding.

RECOMMENDATION

1. The Field Validation Team recommends the conduct of subdivision survey and
subsequently process the issuance of individual titles to the Farmer Beneficiaries.
