About my work and Experience
I have worked in many stores which are clients for BCX and Solveit IT Support. Some of them are
Shoprite, Builders warehouse, MrPrice, Lilayi Lodge, J&J Transport Equatorial food Ingredients (EFI),
Fraser Marketing, AFROX, Newrest, JCB Transport and Granddaddy and others. Some of my roles
includes:

 Point of Sale installation and configuration

 Repair of computers and Printers {e.g., hp3015 printers, Ricoh, Argox printers, receipt printers,
Lexmark}
 Installation of Linux and Windows OS
 Installation CCTV Cameras, install new networks and patching cables
 Installing software and networking systems
 Fixing hardware and patching network cables
 Set up email domains, email signatures, buy and install office packages
 Backup and storage
 Set up new user accounts, edit user accounts or delete user accounts as per company’s request
 Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
