The learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the
accused-petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
It is further submitted that all the sections alleged in the F.I.R. are bailable in nature
except Sections 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, which are super addition just
to make the case more grave. It is further submitted that the accused-petitioner is a
law student and has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid submission, in the meantime No Coercive
Steps is taken against the above named accused-petitioner till next date in
connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2022.
In the meantime, Office is directed to issue reminder for case diary
and criminal antecedent of the accused-petitioner, if any from the I.O. of the case.
Let this anticipatory bail petition be transferred to the court of learned
Additional Sessions Judge-13th, Patna for hearing and disposal.
