Strategy 2 conforms to the organization's VMGO and values the best among the two

suggested strategies. Using the Strategy Analysis, I established the organization's and
stakeholders' requirement for a sufficient number of nurses. Nurses play a crucial role in
maintaining patient safety while delivering direct care to patients. A nurse's duty in patient safety
includes:
 Monitoring patients for clinical deterioration
 Detecting errors and close misses
 Understanding care processes and the flaws that exist in various systems
 Recognizing and conveying changes in the patient's condition
 Performing a plethora of other duties to ensure patients receive high-quality care
Despite the fact that it would save money, the organization should not contemplate
reducing the 10 nurses that work at the hospital on a daily basis since it would affect the quality
of medical services provided to the patients. The ideal solution is to use recycled paper for forms
and other documents. The institution's operational expenses will be reduced as a result of the use
of recycled paper. If the operating costs are decreased, the annual fees for 2022 will be cut as
well. Furthermore, this method aided the organization's value for a healthy atmosphere. This plan
met the hospital's financial goal and objective without jeopardizing the organization's vision,
purpose, and values.
