1. The identified strategy above conforms with our vision, mission, and values.
 The strategy described is consistent with Visayas Medical Center's vision,
mission, and values. Its vision and mission are to lead quality medical care in the
Visayas while also offering quality medical services to the people who live there.
The values given are related to how they can put their vision and goal into action
while adhering to these values. Aside from the link of their vision, mission, and
values, the methods they want to implement are an application of what their
organization promotes. Visayas Medical Center intends to begin by assisting poor
communities by providing free medical services and medicines. This technique
they devised can help them demonstrate their eagerness to serve others while also
showing the high quality of their medical care. However, it is equally important to
remember that even the middle and upper classes in the Visayas do not have
access to decent medical care. As a result, it would be preferable if all villages in
the Visayas received the same level of medical care. This will ensure that the
service and supply are of high quality.

2. People from the poor communities are appropriate stakeholders identified in the above
mentioned strategy.
 Stakeholders are those who have a direct interest in a business or firm. In this
situation, we may argue that those poor communities may be one of the
stakeholders Visayas Medical Center will need to carry out and achieve its
mission. As stated in the company's strategy, they would like to undertake
medical missions for the poor throughout the Visayas region in order to offer
these people medical services and medicines. Based on their objective and vision,
we may deduce that they want to begin with minorities and provide quality
medical care to demonstrate that they care about people's health. Furthermore,
because underprivileged communities may have a vested interest in the
corporation due to its mission, they can act as stakeholders. They will contribute
to the company's mission while obtaining its services. It will be a two-way street
where both sides benefit from the scenario.

However, as I indicated in my earlier response, it would be preferable if all

communities in the Visayas region were subject to the medical mission because
even the wealthiest and middle-class communities cannot afford adequate medical
care. As a result, the corporation will have a comprehensive awareness of the
medical needs of various populations.
