Over the last years, a healthy lifestyle, including products and services for customers, has
become increasingly popular. Even though more governmental and non-governmental
organizations are promoting a healthy lifestyle as a personal health decision, doctors
continue to warn us that we must protect ourselves from diseases. Modern science
demonstrates that eating a well-balanced diet will help you live a long and healthy life. We
anticipate that our products will be well welcomed and purchased by consumers because
to the growing demand for fast food and the fact that an increasing percentage of
people feel the need to eat healthy.
The company “CIDAR Snack” focuses on the larger food sector, having a segment that
caters to the healthy food market and, within that, a segment that caters to the healthy
fast-food market, designing meals that are conveniently available (quick purchase),
delicious, and healthy. In fact, the meals include nutrients that help in the prevention and
treatment of a variety of disorders. CIDAR Snack competitors include fast food suppliers,
finished and semi-finished thermal treatment products (frozen, preserved, and other
packaged products), and finished non-thermal treatment products, all of which are focused
on providing the same primary objectives in the least amount of time (sandwiches, salads,
snacks, etc.)
In the year 2021, the idea for CIDAR Snack was conceived. The company was established
and 1begin selling its goods. The company will initially offer things on the internet
(www.cidar.com) that will be delivered to the customer. We will provide items to large and
medium-sized businesses around Davao City. At the long run, the company plans to
increase its sales volume by installing food vending machines in important educational
institutions and other high-traffic areas. We’ll also create a website dedicated to living a
healthy lifestyle and eating nutritious foods. The website will also be used to sell
advertising space.
The following products will be manufactured and sold by the company:
• Egg Sandwich
• Veggie Sandwich
• Snacks of potato cheese ball
It is crucial that both groups’ meals be delightful. In the long run, we plan to expand our
product line to include new salads and sandwiches. Products will also be packaged in a
handy manner (“take away ready”).
The company founder believes that there is an opportunity for “quick healthy meals” due to the
following reasons:
• Healthy food helps maintain a youthful appearance, which is becoming a social value.
• Healthy eating contributes to maintaining and promoting health and helps prevent

Many people believe that eating healthily is expensive, however this is not the truth.
We can choose from a variety of low-cost options. Many TV shows demonstrate
how to cook a healthy dinner that is not only economical, but also inexpensive that
indicate the food is healthy.
As consumers become more aware of their ability to prevent chronic diseases, they
will strive to keep their young appearance, mental and physical well-being. Modern
lifestyles prevent us from preparing balanced meals on our own because it takes
time and creativity.

The fast-food market is growing rapidly in Davao City and the world. The same is true of
the population segment looking for balanced food. More and more providers are offering
healthy food in a variety of combinations.
The fast-food industry is growing mainly because of the rapid rhythm of life and the lack of
time. Meanwhile, the demand for healthy food is growing because consumers are becoming
increasingly aware of the positive effects of such food as well as the adverse effects of
unhealthy fast food.
The CIDAR'S target market:

services, increases the chance that they repeatedly buy from you. Also called repeat
customer.
New customer: Or the first-time buyers that never taste the products.

know nothing about them.
Prospects: Those are potential customers who have a lead that you already know
something about and may have had previous interactions with.

attracted by the location of the business more than anything else.

The direct competitors of CIDAR’S Snacks are some fast-food chains and we have so many
competitors near to us like the Master Siomai, Turks, Shawarma, Buko Express, Waffle
time, Mister Donuts, Potato Corner and Groceries.
Our products offer a unique quality and healthy product that you can get a lot of benefits.
It is one of the reasons why consumer is eager to buy our product.
Our products are continuously a megahit most particularly to millennial and children proving
it’s sustained marketability due to its effective tasty that will make the buyers love it and its
concept and offering.
Potatoes and sandwiches are used mainly as our main dish in our food stall and snacks in
almost food serving on side such as healthy sandwiches and potato cheese ball. Our
competitors have probably identified a lot of features that customers value highly but
maybe we have our secret recipe that our product make different and better to buy the
costumer.
Initially we will offer 2 kinds of sandwiches (Egg sandwich and Vegetable sandwich) and
healthy potato cheese ball snack. According to feedback and market demands we will
subsequently expand our offerings.
MARKETING
The CIDAR Company will use the Internet as a marketing tool. The company agreed to
employ Social Media Marketing as an advertising strategy to market the products. The
business will be promoted using social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok,
and others. The company will mostly promote its products on Facebook (Facebook
marketplace). The company will produce photo advertisements to attract the target
audience (netizens). It will be supplying excellent homemade-style items produced with
quality ingredients at budget-friendly costs. CIDAR Company will prioritize safe, nutritious,
and customized food alternatives.
